You let a heavy breath leave your lips as you sunk deeper into the big, fluffy bed while scrolling through your phone mindlessly
" Shit......"

Yes, shit indeed

You've been waiting for Angel the whole afternoon in your shared room but it was evening now and Angel was still no way near the hotel. You knew that his shifts at his job could double or even triple but now he's been gone for like 7 hours.

All the unanswerd calls and text messages formed a big knot of anxiety in your gut as your eyebrows started to furrow but it was quickly wiped off when a familiar oink sound was heard below your feet and something smooth started to climb on top of the bed.

Fat Nuggets

That cute little piglet always knew how to cheer you up, especially if you were worried for Angels safety and well-being.

The piglet started to crawl in your direction, making you sit up and lean your back to the wall before gently placing him on your lap to cuddle him.

He made another adorable sound as you squished his chubby cheeks and kissed his forhead as a thank you.

You glanced out the window to look out at the sky again only to your growling fright that it was only getting darker and darker outside. When was he gonna come home, did Val punish him again, did he pass out due to a drug overdose?

Ugh, just the thought of that egostistical, sex-working dick-head made your mood sour as vinegar. You hated him more than anything and if you could you would break every bone in his wimpy body and let the rest of him burn in the endless hellfire.....

But that was for now only a dream that seemed impossible

Suddenly your phone started to buzz, making you holy in suprise and almost dropping it when you were trying to call back.

To your relief it was Angels number so you clicked on it and so you heard muffled crying and sniffles
" Angel?! Are you okay...?"

" Y-yeah, i-"
Angels voice started to crack and the smuggling didn't stop
" I-i just wa-want you to k-know that i-i'm home in 2 fu-fucking minutes.."

You could hear his heels cleaking threw the phone and the sirens after him...
" Ok, i'm in our room, just come here and we can talk!"
You quickly stammerd out before the phonecall ended

His phone was probably low on battery, the porn studio that he worked in didn't slow their sex-workers to recharge their phones for no good reason at all!

Timeskip~

After a few minutes the door slowly open, i turned around to see Angel standing by the door with his head down and his legs trembled.
" Angel!"

I hurted over to him to give him a hug but stopped myself, remembering that he's usually so scared of physical touch right after he comes back from his job. I rubbed my ancle with my other foot and asked with concern dripping in my voice
" Are you okay with me touching you right now..?"

There was a moment of silence, nothing happen except Angel closing the door and sighing out, you could hear from the tone of his voice that he's been crying but he wouldn't even make eye-contact with me.

I was about tl ask him again but he interupted me by stepping closer to me and wrapping all of his six arms around my smaller form, pulling me into a big hug wich i returned quickly.

Rubbing slow circles on his back and patting his head i led him to the bed so we could talk properly.

I continued to pat and hug him close as he cuddled into my chest, his tear-stained cheeks soaked my shirt and soon Fat Nuggets joined us.

We stayed like this for what feels like a few moments before i broke the silence
" Are you ready to talk about it? It's ofcourse okay if you're not ready to but just know that i won't interupt or judge you.."

Angel hummed
" Yes, i'd like to...."

" Alright."
I resposition us in the bed and kissed his forhead as he started to explain what happen today
" Val, he...."
He paused before continuing
" He forced me and the other bitches on a new scedule for the upcomming strip-show, he was fucking harsh about that new routine! I could barely take a break for a minute without his bitching and on top of that he restrained me on a new diet and this diet is insane, i could get sick in a few days! He says that j have to "lose" some weight if i want ti dance properly for the customers!

And so he talked for the next 15 minutes about his hardships he had to go through all day and i was really putting effort to not growl or even frown for one seacond at the things Val did to Angel.

But this was ofcourse not the first time i was healing him after a hard day at work, he has hard days every day and not in the good way hard. It almways ended up like this with him snuggling close to you while he rambled over his day.

" And i'm just so fuckin exuasted that i can't even fucking think straight right now! It's work, work, work, work , work! I can't handle this soon!"
He finnished with a dry throath while hugging me tighter but he soon soften and took a deep breath before looking up at me with a weak smile
" Thanks for listening babe...."

I smiled back
" Ofcourse, my little angel.."

" What have i done to deserve someone as good as you..."
He mumbled under his breath while preppering my chin with soft kisses that slightly tickled and made me giggle
" You deserve the world, my love.."

" Yeah, yeah, whatever you say..... I'm sleepy..."

I held back a little yawn, realising that i'm tired aswell and going to sleep sounded so wonderful right now, especially when the two people i cared about the most was snuggling with me right here at this quiet hotel...
" Me too Angel, just relax, close your eyes and let your mind drift off to a better place where no one can hurt you..."
I started to rub his back again to ease his nerves and soon enough we both fell asleep, feeling safe
