LENA SANTOS WAS BORN with a buzzing in her veins and a restless energy she couldn't control. She was always shaking, bouncing, unable to sit still. Her instincts were constantly screaming at her to move, run, whatever she could do to release the pent-up vitality trapped inside of her.

Little did she know that the restlessness was a side-effect of what her biological parents turned her into before they died. And when they did, their experiment wasn't complete.

Now sixteen, Lena finds herself among a world of Norse gods, super soldiers, a man in a flying metal suit, and so many other variations that make her mind boggle. It doesn't matter how many there are anymore. The one thing that does matter is that she can finally show the world what she can do, and she won't be alone.

Besides, there's a "friendly, neighborhood Spider-Man" running around Queens, and every car alarm he accidentally sets off in the middle of the night is kind of getting on her nerves.
