Halos hindi ko magawang tumungo, para tingnan ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng mundo. Ni hindi ko inakalang aabot ang lahat sa ganito.

Frondo managed to penetrate the government's system. Social Networks and even Medias has been shutdown. Good thing he didn't cut the power too.

And when I told you that Frondo's a clever and studious one, I meant a fuckin' genius by that. He’s got everything he needs just by the use of electricity, and his laptop. He's that gifted.

Nagkalat ang mga militar sa bawat lugar, walang mga taong pakalatkalat. Bawat galaw nila'y may nakabantay. Na tila ba may isang outbreak airborne pandemic disease na kumakalat.

Kontrolado na niya ang lahat. Pambihira ang kaniyang hangarin. Balak niyang likumin at tuldukan ang buhay naming mga niiba.

Nakita namin ang lahat. Lahat lahat nang meron sa sistema nila. Akala ko sakaling sundin ko ang propesiya, maililigtas ko ang lahat. Things happened otherwise.

"Sa araw ng pagkawala mo, doon nagsimulang maging magulo ang lahat." Nangunot ang noo ko sa nadinig. "No'ng nilisan mo ang Haven. The headmistress made everyone believe that you were sent to Salvacion, I knew it was a faux. I was the one sent to there." He continued.

I know that, the thing that I refused ago. I was waiting for Zannah that time, kaya hindi ako tumuloy. Natakot akong sakaling bumalik siya, wala akong sasalubong sa kaniya.

"I haven't any idea of why they lied, of you being missing. But he told me it was for everyone's and your sake..." Saglit itong bumuntong hininga. "Pero mas higit na naging magulo ang lahat. The armed forces of the world started to tyrannize."

I fell silent, listening attentively.

"We're not blinds. We know that you exist, and there are more living creatures out there, deprived to roamed and lived freely." They knew? How? "Haven knew that. We knew that. But as we tried to disseminate, the government warned us. They warned us not to meddle. Nakita ko kung paanong tumutol ang headmistress at mga faculties’ rito, but even them." Ngumiwi ito. "Hindi nakayang sumuway. We were being trapped. Binubusalan nila kami ng patago."

"His excellency?"

Tumango ito. "He manipulates everyone who’s living outside Haven. He made everyone believe that it's all for their sake, as he try to make things at certain level." Malungkot nitong sambit.

Tsk! Kasalanan bang isinilang na may ibang kakayahan o katangian?

"The killings were done by a vampire…and a wolf."  Dagdag nito.

Shit!

"It was me...It’s my entire fault. I didn't get to tame them right." Ako ko.

He wasn't taken aback and continued. "The world was put in extreme chaos. Everyone was blinded by grievances, they want justice. But neither of them realizes that real justice shouldn't begin with blood."

Ramdam ko ang lungkot sa boses nito. Nahihimigan ko din ng pagkawalang pag-asa ang paraan nito ng pagsasalita.

Humans' were the most emotional living creatures. They often find happiness even at the most simplest things, but when they feel hurt and sad, they can do the most drastic acts within just a snap.

"That punk's the person behind my departure. They made me believe it was from the prophesy but damn! It was a fuckin' trap!" My hand formed in fists. "Even her, pati siya niloko ako!" Mabilis itong tumutol.

"Kilala ko si Zannah, at higit na kilala mo siy--"

"No you don't and I don't!" I cut off. "I will make her pay… at all cost!" sambit ko, buo ang loob.

"You don't know what you're saying man. Ang babaeng mahal mo ang pinaguusapan rito." Ani nito, na para bang nakasisigurong tama ang bawat hinuha niya. Is he in love?

He's far from the stupid Lahari I'm used of.

I stood up trying to push aside my thoughts, of her. "You've mentioned earlier, that the faculties together with the Headmistress tried to fight off, well, mukhang tama ako ng nilapitan." I gazed at him. "Wanna talk to her?"

"Ako lang?" Tanong nito.

"Fine, let's talk to them." I uttered. As we then head our way up to her office.

Gulat ang rumehistro sa mukha ng lahat, nang makita kaming naglalakad sa hallway ni Frondo. But later on, they bowed down their heads.

I was informed by Frondo, na two years nang natigil maging ang pag-aaral dito sa Haven. He's after a supreme power. Bagay na hindi niya nakamtan nang isinilang. Ang pagiging presidente ay hindi naging sapat.

His greed drive him somewhere, deeper and darker.

Tila tumigil ang mundo, nang nilisan ko ito. Sa dalawang taon na iyon, hindi ko maikakaila, it adds up to the person who I am today.

"You're back!" I was taken aback when someone hug me.

"Molly! Stop that!" Rinig kong sita ni Frondo. Doon lang pumasok sa isipan ko ang pangalan nito. Molly.

"Asawa ko, sabi ko na babalik ka eh!" Nasisiyahang ani nito. Here we go again to her husband thingy. "Nasusuya na ako sa pagmumukha ni Lahari!"

"Let go," I uttered, pagsasawalang bahala sa mga sinabi nito.

Ngunit 'di ako nito dininig, sa halip ay mas niyakap pa ako nito. I saw how Frondo look away. "Molly!" Sita kong muli. She just giggled and later freed me.

Akala ko tapos na, but she hooked her right hand to my left arm. "Sama ako." She insists.

Tatlong katok ang nilikha ni Frondo, "Come in!" Rinig kong ani ng pamilyar na boses.

"M-malory?" Gulat nitong naibulalas.

"It's nice to see you again Mrs. Lilac." I uttered. Like what Frondo did, she hurriedly bridged our distance and hugs me. "You're a-alive!" She uttered, gulat akong narinig ang pagbali ng boses nito, at kalaunan narinig na ang paghikbi.

Maging ang paghawak ni Molly sa kamay ko ay natanggal nito. She, together with Frondo both has taken a back.

Never have I imagined her to be like this.

Just right after she gathered back herself, "What brought you here?" She uttered.

"I need help, Madame." Diretsang sagot ko. Ngumiti ito. Hindi na nagpaliguyligoy pa

"We got your back." She assured me. "Frondo, sabihan ang lahat na pumunta sa Auditorium. Ihanda ang lahat sa pagpupulong. Molly?"

"Yes Miss." Ani nito. Na tila ba alam na ang iaatas na utos rito.

Ilang sandali pa ay ako na tinitigan nito. "I'm glad you're back, know that, Haven's on your side." Isang ngiti muli ang ipinamalas nito.

Kasalukuyan na ang pagpupulong sa loob ng Auditorium, lahat ng estudyante'y narito. Hindi  ko inakalang magkakaisa ang lahat, sa isang iglap nawala ang lebel ng bawat isa at ang lahat ay nagkapantay-pantay.

Ganito ang nais niya, ngunit sa maling pamamaraan, at nasobrahan.

"Where's Molly?" Nababahalang naitanong ko.

"Molly's an Elf, kaya no'n ang sarili niya." Frondo uttered. She is?

"Teka, nasaan siya?"

"She's our look out. Minamatyagan niya ang mga sundalo sa laba--"

"Take charge, something is wrong!"

"Haunt!" Pigil nito but, I hurriedly went outside. Hindi na nagawang pansinin ang tawag niya.

Kanina pa ako hindi mapakali, at alam kong sa tuwing ganito ako, may piligro.

Naalarma lang ako nang halos makasalubong ko ang ilan sa mga sundalo, I quickly hid myself in the darkest part of the hallway.

Akala ko ba'y sa labas nakatoka ang mga ito? Mabilis akong kumilos nang...

"Molly!" sigaw ko ng makita itong nakahilata sa damuhan. Agad ko itong dinaluhan. "Shit! What happened?"

"Mallory! Hik-hik!" She uttered, crying.

"Shit! You're bleeding..." I quickly scoop her in my arms, "I'll bring you to the clinic--"

"No!" Mabilis nitong tugon. "J-just bring me to my r-room." Nangunot ang noo ko rito.

"Are you sure?" May pagtatakang tanong ko.

"Yes!" She replied. Determined….

Wala akong nagawa kundi ang sundin ang gusto nito. I brought her to her unit. Miles away from the Auditorium, nagtaka ako kasi, mas malapit ang clinic kung tutuusin. Ngunit mas pinili niya ang mapalayo.

I place her on her bed, took the medicine kit in her bathroom and head back to her. May tama ito sa kaliwang tagiliran.

I lift up her shirt just enough to see her wound. Mas lalo lang akong kinain ng pagtataka.

"You aren't shot by a bullet?" It does not sound like a question, more on a statement. She startled.

May mali.

I look directly at her eyes, trying her composure to compel the truth.

"I'm s-sorry." She cried out. I knew it, she caused her own wound.

"Sabihin mong mali ang iniisip ko." I pleaded. "Not you Molly--"

"They're heading their way in the auditorium! Hurry!" She cut me off.

Doon lang ako natauhan. I've been fooled again. I almost wring her neck but I chose to leave her instead.

Dagli akong nagtungo sa Auditorium. Kinakabahan. Shit! Not them. Kinakain na ako ng matinding kaba. Pagdating ko'y wala na ang mga taong, halos 'di mabilang sa dami. Nagsimulang manlamig ang mga kamay ko.

"H-haunt?" Rinig kong daing...hindi ako puwedeng magkamali. It's Frondo...

"Frondo!" I yelled, roaming around. Kinakabahan ma'y naglakad ako pababa patungo sa center stage.

I almost lost my balance, at takasan ng dugo. When I saw him lying on the floor bath by his own blood, napahilamos ako sa nasaksihan.

No!

“Hindi!”

"Frondo?!" Agad ko itong nilapitan. He smiles upon seeing me. Nanginginig ang mga kamay ko 'di mapirmi, I tried to put pressure on his wounds to stop the bleeding. Damn it!

"Dumating ka..." He uttered in heavy breathings. "Hinuli silang lahat. Kaya lang... N-nadali ako." Ani nito.

I don't know what to do. Hindi matigil ang pagdugo...Shit!

"I-i will bring you to the n-nearest h-hospital! Hold on!" I was about to carry him when he removed my hand and shook his head...Damn man! Don't do this to me.

"I will not m-make it...a-anymore." He broke out.

Doon nagunahang tumulo ang luha ko. A part of my world crash down. No man!

He reaches for my hand and hold onto it. Napayuko ako, 'di kinakayang makita ang kalagayan nito.Sobrang bigat sa pakiramdam. Tila ‘di na ako makahinga.

"I'm so proud of the person you've become." He uttered. "I l-love you, Supremo." This time napalingon na ako sa kaniya ng tuluyan.

"I was raised by the same person as yours." He started. "I wasn't from a wealthy family. I'm just nobody roaming around the street. Unloved and abandoned. That's where she found me. I was bind into a contract. She will give me everything for a living, in exchange... I'll look after you. I knew these things will happen, and from there, I've already set my fate..."

Wala akong maitugon, sa patuloy na pagbuhos ng luha ko. Hindi ko kaya, 'wag siya.

"Molly fool--"

"It's not her fault..." Ngiwi nito, cutting me off. "That stupid woman, she didn't know what she's doing...she's just a victim too..." He look at me, kitang kita ko kung paano tumakas ang luha sa mga mata nito. "S-save her." He pleaded.

He knew, alam na niya... “I love her.” Tuluyan na akong hindi nakapagsalita sa sinabi nito. He knew it, and he didn’t do anything, he let fate lead his way.

"Hindi na magiging madali ang lahat. I've done my part, do what is right. It's now your turn, Supremo."

He pulled me close and whispers to my ear. "L-likumin ang mga talang pinagkait mapagisa, gawa ng mga naunang s-sala."

"Lahari!!!"

Rinig kong sigaw niya, kasabay noon ang pagbitaw ni Frondo. Huli na...Molly rush down on his side, nanghihina akong tumayo.

I look at her she burst into tears, hugging my lifeless comrade.

"You don't know what you're saying man. Ang babaeng mahal mo ang pinaguusapan rito." Ani nito, na para bang nakasisigurong tama ang bawat hinuha niya. Is he in love?

If loving is a crime, he commits a crime, in gladness with no regrets at all.

“I just want you to speak from the heart dude, make my heart melt Supremo!”

“Shet, Supremo! Ano na namang ginawa mo?”

“Go on man! Baka gusto mong ako pa magpaligo sa ‘yo?”

“You’re so mean Haunt!”
