Face - Meet Bar
You pick your way through the crowd, searching for the prettiest face, be it male or female. G's skull is clearly visible in a corner of the building, a winning smile on his features as he chats up a very attractive young lady. Like hell you're gonna lose to him.
A blonde head stands out to you, so you shoulder your way over to a potential candidate. On first glance of their face, you know you've found a winner. Perfect teeth, perfect jawline. Blonde hair gelled back. His body is a nice shape too; tall and lean. The problem? He's sat at a table of girls. You're gonna have to put in some effort to pry him from these ladies, and you know exactly how.
Ducking into a space where you actually have some room to move, you slip off your spaghetti straps and tuck them into the top of your dress, turning a dress with straps, into a dress without. You pull your hair out of its ponytail and ruffle it up a little, then hoist up the hem of your dress to show off far more leg than you usually would.
Approaching the table, you go all in and perch yourself directly in front of your target, straight onto the table. His eyes snap from one of the girls he'd been chatting with to make direct contact with your breasts. He then drags them up to your half-lidded eyes.
"Hi, I was wondering if you could help me?" You ask sweetly, curling a length of hair around your finger. "I seem to have gotten separated from my friend in this huge crowd. Do you think you could help me look for her? I'd be very grateful."
There's a scoff from one of the girls sat behind you, but you ignore her in favour of looking deeply into your targets eyes. And lucky for you, he's gazing right back. Well, sort of. His gaze is on your breasts again.
"Well now, I can't very well turn down a pretty lady's plea for help, now can I?" He purrs. The woman sat directly beside him paws at his arm. "You mean you're leaving us?" She whimpers, playing the exact same game as you. "But we were just staring to have fun~"
"Sorry sweetheart, maybe next time?" He responds, not even looking her way as he slides out of the booth. You smile coyly and slide from the table and to his side. Someone calls you a bitch behind your back, so you flip them off without looking at who said it. Your arms links with his as you press yourself tightly against his bicep.
"So where was the last place you saw this friend of yours?" He asks, sliding a hand around your waist.
"Um, over by the bar, I think?" You reply, already spotting G with his chosen date, stood next to Tamsin. "She has pink hair."
"Oh yeah? I think I see her."
"Really? Where? Sorry, I can't see very well through the crowd. Could you lead me to her?"
"With pleasure."
Coming up to the bar with your man pressed up against you, you send G a smirk. He grins right back, both of your dates oblivious to the competition.
"Tamsin! There you are~" You squeal, making the poor woman jump at the high pitch of your voice. She snaps around to see you, only to be engulfed in a hug. "What do you think? Mine's better, right?" You whisper into her ear, using the hug as cover.
"As a lesbian, I'd give him an A-plus." She whispers back. "And I think skelly-boy knows it."
Pulling away, you discreetly glance over to G stood a few feet away. He doesn't look your way, but is waving a white napkin above the bar. A sign of surrender, huh? Nice! At least he knows when to admit defeat.
"Thank you so much for helping me find my bestie~" you continue to coo, "I can't believe she was so close by. Sorry for wasting your time."
"Oh, it wasn't a waste at all." He smirks, totally smitten with your dumb-blonde persona. "In fact, I was thinking maybe we could spend a little more time together. Make it really worth our time?"
You know what he's getting at, and you have absolutely no interest in it. He's served his purpose. You have no more use for his pretty face anymore.
"Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm good." You force-smile, patting his arm and pulling out your seat at the bar.
"Aw come on, you're too pretty to be left alone. I can show you a good time."
"Really, no thanks." You grit out, still trying to turn him down politely. He's starting to get annoying now.
"Maybe I could convince you otherwise?"
A hand reaches out to grab your thigh, but before he can even experience the touch of your skin, his outstretched hand is grabbed by the wrist and yanked up. Caught off guard he falls forward, where you then clutch onto the back of his gelled head and slam him nose-first against the bar. The crack of his nose resounds through the room, only to be quickly swallowed up by the music. No one even notices. No one except you, Tamsin, and G.
"Oh my god." The skeleton snorts, slapping a hand over his mouth as his shoulders shake. Tamsin simply stares at you in shock.
Gel-head moans and pushes himself up from the counter. A long tendril of bloody snot follows after him. "M-my nose!" He yells, freaking out the moment he sees the blood. He turns on you with anger. "You fucking bitch! You broke my nose!"
"Oops, my bad." You smile cruelly.
He lunges for you with a yell.
There's a blur of gold, and suddenly he's on the other side of the room, sprawled out across a table of horrified people.
You blink, looking between him and your outstretched hands, half-raised to protect yourself. There's no way.
Turning, you see G glaring in the direction of gel-head. Feeling your gaze he looks back, and you swear you see a flicker of yellow in one of his sockets.
"I think maybe we should make a stealthy escape before we're dragged out by security." Tamsin whispers to you quickly, just as stunned as you at what had transpired. Did you two just witness magic?! But- it's illegal to use magic offensively. Did G try and protect you? You want to ask, but Tamsin has grabbed your arm and started to pull you to the exit.
It's cold and dark out, but you're too preoccupied to notice.
What in the actual hell just happened in there?!
