3rd October 1999, Zabini Manor

Theo had stayed at Blaise's house for the past three days, while Blaise had been staying in a safe house. Theo hadn't had any contact with Katherine or the children to avoid giving away his identity. Theo checked the time, 11:35 pm in just twenty-five minutes it would be the 4th of October. Rhea should be here soon.

In case Rhea was watching from outside he turned off all the lights and laid in Blaise's bed. Not a minute later, Theo heard a noise from downstairs, he held his wand tightly, Rhea's intent is most likely to kill Blaise, just like Pansy and Daphne were almost killed.

Theo hid in Blaise's bathroom which was right next to his bedroom, Theo could have sworn he heard the low growl of a dog and tapping on the floor, similar to that of dog claws on concrete.

"I just saw him," Theo heard someone say, they sounded like Rhea, he held his wand up,

"Rhea, Rhea Black," Theo said "lower your wand, and stand down, I only want to talk,"

"Talking won't help you,"

Rhea fired hexes in Theo's way, he just managed to dodge them, he stayed behind a wall for a moment, he turned back around but Rhea was no longer there. Instead was a shaggy black dog, Theo bolted down the hall, as the dog chased after him.

Theo was prepared for a dog to attack him but was caught off guard when Rhea grabbed him. He pushed her forward pinning her against the wall, he grabbed her wrist in attempts to grab her wand. Once he managed to restrain her, he took a deep breath and waited for Aurors to get her.

"Where's Potter?" Theo asked, as only Ron Weasley and Dean Thomas

"He's unavailable, given that he's close with Rhea might not be best to have him here," Dean explained.

"She needs to answer a few questions, anything she does say in the meantime, take note of it," Theo said

4th October 1999, Ministry of Magic

Theo waited for Mediwitches to drew some blood from Rhea, he told them he would have a healer he trust test the blood. At this moment in time, he didn't know who to trust, Katherine is one of the few people he could, Theo was even cautious of Ron and Dean as they hadn't been handling the situation with him, Harry had been.

Not that they could be dangerous, but then again, Rhea Black wasn't dangerous, or Max Burke, they were both good people. Theo realised not only were Rhea and Max cousins, Harry knew both of them very well, like family almost, and now he wasn't responding?

"I'm going to talk to her," Theo said,

He was not waiting for their answer it wasn't a request, he was stating that he was going to talk to her. Theo walked into the room, Rhea didn't seem at all threatening like she did before, something about her behaviour had changed, Theo thought it best not to turn his back to her.

"Can I ask what I am being charged with?" she asked seemingly having no idea of the events that happened not only 2 hours ago.

"Why were you at Zabini Manor?" he asked

"Zabini Manor?" she questioned "I wouldn't go there, I have no reason too,"

"You were there I saw you with my own eyes, and you're an animagus, but according to the Ministry's records, you aren't listed as one," Theo stated, showing her the paperwork, "If I can't arrest you for attempt murder of Blaise Zabini, I will arrest you for being an unregistered Animagus-

"Hold on, I know I didn't get on the best with Zabini, but I wouldn't murder him or even want to," Theo eyed her cautiously, he could tell she was being genuine

"As for being an animagus, I'm not, that dog you saw, he's my dog a family pet," Rhea said,

"Oh he is, is he, what's his name?" Theo said, Rhea blinked a little

"Snuffles," she said,

"Snuffles?"

"I was a toddler when I named him alright," she said,

"Fine if you bring him into me, let me examine him, then I'll drop the charges," Theo said,

Hours later Theo was going through the paperwork one Max Burke and Rhea Black, to see if there was any significant place where they had both been before they were hexed. Which also gave Rhea time to fetch her dog Snuffles to the Ministry.

Rhea brought a shaggy black dog, similar to the one Theo had seen, though he seemed calmer now definitely not aggressive like the dog were before. He had made a deal with Rhea if she could prove that she did in fact have a dog called Snuffles, the dog even responded to the name Snuffles. Theo dropped the charges against Rhea, positive that she wasn't a threat anymore.

At Nott Manor,

Katherine had just finished bathing the children, they ran around the house that they knew better than Katherine. Making it almost impossible for her to predict where they were hiding, Katherine heard giggles from behind the curtain and decided to play along with them.

"Where's Lisa gone is she behind the sofa, no," Katherine heard more giggles.

"Is Bekah under the table no," more giggles coming from the curtain, Katherine crept over to the curtain, pulling it around,

"I found you," she said, ask Bekah and Lisa screamed loudly, running around again.

"Alright that's it time to settle down, Alex you can come out now," Katherine called,

Alex didn't answer her she walked into the living room where he was hiding, she found a note on the table that wasn't there before she read the letter. Panic flooded through her mind, she called Theo he needs to see this.
