While Theo was recovering, he practically begged Harry to check on Draco to make sure he hadn't hurt him, it freaked him out. Having his mind inflicted with that voice The Warrior he knew it was a she. And that she could manipulate those who she infected.

Katherine had spent her days at home, helping Theo try to piece together exactly what happened, but there wasn't a lot to go since he couldn't remember leaving Katherine at St. Mungos. Theo sat on the floor playing with Bekah and Lisa, Katherine was sat in the kitchen looking over her notes and everything they had found out.

Katherine felt as though they were hitting rock bottom every time they came close to a lead, Max Burke was a dead end. Harry was still dealing with strange crime happening all over the country. Alex was playing with the time-turner, Katherine quickly took it away from him. Timeturner weren't an object to be messed with.

Katherine examined the time-turner there was something different about it. Then she realised the inscription along the time-turner was different. She tried her best to remember Latin, to which read 'Tempus peregrinatione me, non est in horas, quia non maior annis.'

"Theo," Katherine called, she hurried into the living, "girls why you go and get dressed for bed," Katherine asked so they would leave the room.

"What is it?" Theo asked

"We missed something, it probably should have been the first thing we looked at-

"What?"

"The time-turner, it's different," she pointed to the inscription on the side.

"Time I travel, not in hours, for years are greater,"

"How's that different?"

"Timeturner are only supposed to move time in hours, to prevent damage to timelines, but this one only works in years,"

"Katherine you're losing me," Theo said

"The person who created this, only intended to use it in time of great struggle, from what the children have said, I think we were dead or dying, when we sent them back here," Katherine told him, Theo thought for a moment, then he had a crazy idea.

"Hear me out-

"Oh no,"

"Timeturners don't necessarily have to go back in time do they?"

"Theoretically no, but-

"What if we went to the future, just as the children were being sent to us then, then we could see who was after us," Theo said, he waited for her to tell him he was being idiotic and that this was an insane idea, but she didn't.

"That's not a bad idea," Katherine said, thinking through the idea thoroughly, "as long as we can get back here,"

30 August 1999, Grimmauld Place

Katherine and Theo talked Harry through what they had planned, though Harry thought it was a suicide mission with the possibility of them not being able to get back. Katherine stood by Theo and his plan, they just needed to be a hundred per cent certain they knew what they were doing.

Katherine had made the children their last meal before Katherine and Theo left for the future though hoping to figure out who was behind all of the strange occurrences that have been happening. Theo and Katherine ate with the children, they hadn't found a way to tell the children they were leaving for a bit without upsetting them.

Katherine was taking the children to her cousins, where they could play with her children, and be around a familiar face. After the children's dinner had settled they left for Katherine's cousins. Once they arrived at Katherine's cousins, the children seemed to recognise the surrounding but were confused as to why they were there.

"Mummy, where are we going?" Lisa asked, holding Katherine's hand.

"To see Jess, mummy's cousin," Katherine told them, they nodded

Katherine hoped that she still saw her cousin in the future, Katherine assumed she did as the three kids knew Jessica's little boy. Katherine knocked on the door, of Jessica's home, though Jessica didn't greet her, she heard Jessica yell that the door was open.

"Jess, I really wish you'd take precautions anyone could walk in here," Katherine said, dodging Jessica's big dog, which still acted as though it was a puppy still.

"You worry too much, I'm very safe here," Jessica told her, bringing her younger cousin in for a big hug.

"So, these must be your children, Alex, Lisa and Rebekah-

"Bekah, not Rebekah," Bekah warned her pointing her tiny finger at her.

"Of course, Bekah," Jessica smiled at the little girl.

"I hope it's not too much trouble-

"No it's fine, I'm sure River will enjoy their company," Jessica said, ruffled her dogs ears.

"Alright, kids," Theo said Alex, Lisa and Bekah walked over to him and Katherine

"Mum and I are going on a little trip, we won't be going too long," Theo said

"You promise," Lisa said,

"Yeah, I promise," Theo said, Lisa wrapped her arms around him, as Bekah and Alex wrapped their arm around him and Katherine.

"We'll bring you something back too," Katherine told them, which made them excited for their little present.

Theo and Katherine left her cousins home, Jessica was good with children, Katherine knew they would be in good hands with her. Though she was a little concerned about her big bouncy dog. Theo held Katherine's hand giving it a little squeeze.

"Are you ready?" he asked, Katherine nodded her head, she wrapped the time-turner around their necks, turning in to it's last known location.

This time turner worked differently, they felt as though they had fallen through a hole in the ground that had landed them in a big house. Theo creased his brows as he looked around the home.

"What is it?" Katherine asked

"I know this place, we're at Nott Manor," Theo said

"Your home?" she questioned

"Yeah, though it looks very different," he said, they saw a Daily Prophet on a table, Katherine searched for the date which read '20 October 2007' they heard a scuffle coming from another room, this time they weren't in memory.

"In here quick," Theo said, he gestured to a secret door, hidden behind an old grandfather clock. Theo shuffled down the side of the wall, to the vent to look at who was coming.

"Did we go back to the right date?" Theo asked,

"Yes, why?"

"Cause that's us," Theo said, Katherine looked through the vent, to see future Theo and Katherine standing right there very much alive.
