9 May 1999, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Katherine and Theo arrived at Hogwarts School, though Professor McGonagall wasn't a hundred per cent behind the idea, but if a few memories could help figure out all the weird events that have been happening. She wasn't going to deny them the chance to figure it out.

Katherine and Theo managed to extract the children memories while they slept. Luckily Harry and Ginny agreed to watch the children while Theo and Katherine used the pensive, to look through the children's memories. Though Theo was curious, how they would know which memories to look at.

"Right, we need to remember dates, that's the main thing," Katherine said, Theo nodded.

"Alright, how do you know which memories to look for?" Theo asked

"I've been working a spell, that if you cast you can pinpoint memories in your mind, so you'd never forget them, I hoping future me was able to achieve it," Katherine explained, the poured one of the vials of memory into the pensive.

{Memory No. 1}

2nd August 1999 - Grimmauld Place.

"Theo! You're going to be alright," Katherine shrieked, her voice flooded with panic, Theo was struggling to breathe, he was hyperventilating, trying desperately to catch his breath. Katherine and Theo felt uneased at the scene in which they had been dropped in.

"Hurry!" she shouted, to the kitchen Harry entered the room, he had a potion that he tipped down Theo's throat, his breathing began to calm a little. Katherine cupped his face with her palm, he held her hand tightly.

"Don't scare me like that," Katherine whimpered, Theo gently wiped a tear from her cheek.

"You know I never mean to scare you," he said, pulling her down to kiss him. Theo shuffled away from Katherine, trying to avoid looking at the pair of them sharing a kiss.

"I saw the warrior, she's coming, you were right the warrior is after death eaters," Theo said, resting his head on Katherine's.

Theo and Katherine were pulled out of the pensive, both of them felt uncomfortable at what they had just witnessed, they both looked at each other, up and down. Wondering what could have possibly bought up such affections, they both lingered in the thought of what they had heard.

"Well, we know two things now," Theo said, Katherine looked at him, creasing her brows

"The Warrior is a she, and she's targeting death eaters," he said,

"Yeah, it happened three months from now," Katherine said, pouring the next memory into the pensive.

{Memory No. 2}

14th November 2000 - Nott Manor

"Kat, get Alex we have to leave now," Theo warned her, Katherine raced to the nursery, cradling a small baby boy, no more than 5 months old. Katherine and Theo couldn't bring themselves to believe that the little baby was the 7-year-old boy they had come to know.

"What happened?" Katherine asked, as Theo practically dragged her along the corridor

"She's found us, I called Pansy she knows where we can hideout," Theo said, they used a portkey to leave the manor.

The scene shifted to the middle of nowhere, Theo and Katherine were running through the woods, their baby cradled tightly against his mother's chest. Theo pulled Katherine behind a rock, his hand over baby Alex's mouth to keep him quiet, Katherine and Theo looked around to see who could have been chasing them.

Theo had his wand tightly gripped in his hand, he peaked behind the rock, noticing two people dressed in all black robes, similar to that of the death eater robes.

"I want you to run," Theo told her.

"No, I won't leave you," Katherine shook her head, refusing to leave him.

"You must please, Kat, take Alex, protect him," Theo said, placing his hand on Alex's head, "remember that I love you," Katherine kissed him, before bolting into through the trees.

Once the people saw Katherine run, Theo fired hexes at them, they were caught off guard, giving Katherine the chance to get to safety.}

Again they were pulled out of the memory, both left with lingering silence and uncomfortable feel in the stomach, Katherine had never seen Theo care about anything as much as he cared for her and Alex's safety. Never hearing such words as 'I Love You' leave his tongue.

"Did you recognise the people chasing us?" Katherine asked, Theo's eyes widened almost forgetting she was there.

"No, I couldn't see them properly," Theo said, annoyed at himself for not finding something out.

"Well, at least we know Pansy makes a full recovery," Katherine said, Theo nearly forget that he mentioned Pansy had a hideout for them.

"Yeah, that's good news I guess,"

"Katherine, I don't know if you noticed but you had a wedding ring on," Theo said, Katherine was shocked that he used her first name, it sounded strange coming out of his mouth.

"I didn't notice I was too busy looking at the baby," she admitted,

"It was my mother's ring," Theo said, avoiding looking at Katherine, she felt guilty as though she had stolen the ring but then realised this was in the future. He hadn't given her a ring. Or anything for that matter.

"Do you want to look at one more?" Katherine asked, Theo shook his head.

"No, I've seen enough, for now, I'll tell Potter what we saw," Theo said, Katherine nodded,

"I'll see to the kids," Theo nodded.

At 3 Greenfield Street,

Katherine had bathed at dress the children for bed, they had bought them some clothes to wear and few toys. Though Theo insisted he paid, he wanted his children to have the best, and that wasn't something Katherine could afford. It infuriated her that Theo didn't let her get anything, they were her children too.

Katherine laid in bed, it was well past midnight, Theo hadn't come back. Truthfully she didn't expect him to stay with her after what they saw, she did wonder if he was alright. Though the thought concerned her. Why should she care if he was alright he meant nothing to her and she meant nothing to him.
