"Forget the book!" A woman yelled

"We need to take them out before they find out who we are," she calmed her tone

"But Bell-

"Don't Bella they need to pay for betraying the Dark Lord, them defected death eaters, deserve to pay for causing our master's downfall"

"How do you plan to get to them with Nott and Parker, warning everyone,"

"I have a way to get to Nott," she said with a devilish tone in her voice, "Parker and his children,"

Phoebe sat straight up in bed, she looked around her, reaching over her boyfriend to grab her book to write everything she had seen and heard. She took her wand casting 'lumos' to write in the dark, she woke her boyfriend he groaned sitting upright.

"Another vision again?" he questioned

"Yes, I have to warn Katherine," she threw the covers off her

"Right now? It's 4 in the morning," he said

"Ced, please she's my best friend and she's in danger," she kissed him, "I promise, I home before you wake up,"

At Nott Manor, January 2000

Katherine and their children laid peacefully asleep in bed, Theo hadn't managed any sleep, even the comforting feeling of his family sleep couldn't stir him to rest. He carefully manoeuvred himself trying his hardest not to wake Lisa who had fallen asleep on him.

He poured himself a drink, taking a quick glance at the clock 4:30 in the morning. He took the book from behind his parent's portrait, he looked through the book praying to see some changes. He sighed nothing ever changed. He held a tight grip on his wand as someone knocked on the front door.

"Who's here?" he asked

"It's Phoebe, you have to let me in immediately," she said, he opened the door, she clear had just got out of bed.

"Couldn't it wait till morning,"

"No, Kat and the children are in danger," she told him

"What how do you know?" he questioned

"I have a vision, here," She lifted her hands to his head, closing her eyes to focus, she showed him everything she had seen he hurried upstairs slowing down once he neared the room,

"Theo, just wait for a second," Phoebe plead

"Leave, if you don't know what I'm planning, you'll have plausible deniability," he told her, she nodded leaving Nott Manor.

"Hey, be safe, I'm come to like you," he nodded

Theo crept into his room trying not to wake the children, he took a bag, packing a few things, he placed the book inside. He looked through Katherine's draw, carefully moving things so no one woke up, then he found it the time-turner, that the children arrived with.

He took one last look at them, his Katherine, who he had finally admitted his feelings for. His son, bravest little boy he had ever known. And his sweet daughters, being put through so much a young age they remain sweet and innocent. He played the time-turner around his neck, he activated the time turner.

Nott Manor 2007,

"Kat, did you send them back," Theodore asked,

"Yes, hopefully, they arrive at Grimmauld Place," Katherine said,

"Wait," Theo said,

"You shouldn't be here," Theodore warned

"I don't care, I'm coming with you,"

"Go back to your own time,"

"We don't have time for this," Katherine told them, pulling her husband with her. They apparated away, Theo just managed to grab a hold of their robes.

They appeared to be in the middle of a forest, the older version of him, walked away from the stupidity of his younger self. Older Katherine meanwhile, eyed him cautiously, she hurried to her husband to try and reason with him, Theo watched them, 'they seemed perfectly fine' he thought.

"What are you doing, are you crazy?" Theodore asked

"What he means to say is why did you come here?" Katherine asked him,

"I had no choice, I didn't want to put Kat in danger or the children-

"They found you?" Katherine asked he eyes welling up with tears,

"I told my time-turner would work," Theodore told her,

"You were saying?" Katherine asked Theo for him to continue

"Your friend, I mean Kat's friend Phoebe, she saw something, she isn't after Kat or kids, she's after me she can't get me if I'm in a time year,"

"So you just abandoned them," Theodore said bluntly

"No, I left to protect, and how the fuck you judge me, Kat and I assumed you two were dead, but here you are alive and well,"

"You don't judge us, you've had what months of this, try living with this for eight years, with no way of stop it," Theodore threw back at him.

"What's next after this then, you just going to take them back?" Theo asked,

"Don't tell me you want to keep them, they aren't your children to keep-

"Just stop the pair of you," Katherine demanded, "I'd love to have my children back, but our world is not safe, many people are dead, the hope you stopping it was our best chance,"

Nott Manor, January 2000,

Katherine woke up to an empty bed, she could hear the television playing downstairs, she found it odd that Theo would be awake already. She walked downstairs creasing her brows as Bekah and Lisa's hair was still messy, Theo would have at least helped them brush it.

"Where's your dad?" she asked

"I don't know, he wasn't there this morning," Alex told her, Katherine heard a noise from outside,

"Children come with me, we're going to play hide and seek," she told them, hurrying them inside the walls, she told them to be quiet and think of happy thoughts. She just hoped it wasn't anything bad.
