"Avni!!!!...." he shouted in shockness

While the scene everything got reversed.

Flashback

Vidyut and Aashish pointed the gun at him while Neil was pointing his gun at Aashish. 

" Avni... TUM ABHI YAHA SE JAO...." he shouted while Avni Aashish was pressing the trigger

Vidyut then  pointed towards Avni

"Nahi Vidyut..." she said while Neil turned and looked at him and saw him pointing the gun towards Avni.

"Vidyut...." he yells seeing him pressing the trigger he shot while Neil came in middle while the bullet passed on Neil's arms while Aashish too shot and it passes on Vidyut forehead and the police shot Aashish behind

Flashback ends

He  ran towards her

"Avni.... Kuch nahi hai Avni.... Avni...." she said taking her in his arms

"Neil.... Ahh.... Ahhh...... Pain..... Ho.... Ra... Ha... Hai.... Ne.... Il......" she said in lots difficulties

"Avni... Hum hospital jayenge...." he said and about to pick up but he can't able to do as he was bleeding on his arms. But he shrug it off and picked her up

She was screaming because of huge pain. He asked the constable to take the police jeep. They left from there while Avni was clutching his shirt tightly screaming

"Neil......neil........ahhhh......main..... Itni.... Buri... Hu... Kya... .......ahhh....."

"Avni.nahi jaana.." he was stroking her back

"Tumhe... Bullet....lagi...." she fell unconscious

"Jaana... Avni.... Ankhe kholo..." he said tapping her cheeks

They rushed to the same hospital where Ananya got admitted. They rushed taking her stretcher and took her to OP. Neil sat on the chair with a thud as a statue. Neev was buying medicine and was returning back while he saw Neil in this state and went towards him.

"Neil... Yeh... Yeh... Kya hogaya hai tumhe...." he said panicking seeing him bleeding

"Nurse..." he called while they took him to the room

He called Neela ma and asked her to come while shwetha was with Ananya.

"Yeh kya hua hai Neil ke saath..." she asked

"Pata nahi Neela ma... Vo mu hi nahi kolraha hai... Ab gaya andhar..." he said

Later on

The doctor came

"Bullet ko remove kardiye hai... Aur dressing bhi kardiya... You can see him..." they went in and saw him looking at the window sitting on the bed

"Neil... Kya hua.... Tum.... Tum tho ghar jaareha the na.... Aur Avni kaha hai...?" she asked while his mind striked everything

"Avni!!" he shouted and ran towards the OP.

While the doctor stood outside

"How can be so careless Neil.... Kaha nahi dunda tumhko ha... Iss haalt main Aise Chodke kaun jaatha hai...."

"Sorry Doctor... Actually dressing karne gay tha..." he said

"Avni?" he asked while tears passing down his cheeks

Neela ma and Neev didnt understand anything.

"humhe C-section karni hogi... She is not responding to our treatment....agar aap is form pe sign kariyee tho hum process shuru karenge " they were shocked hearing this

"Doctor critical tho nahi na?" he asked

" we can't tell anything right now...babies ka Pulse rate bhi kam hothe jaarahe hai.... Avni ko delivery date ab tak nahi aay na... Tho phir pain kese?"

"Vo... Vo.... Neeche girgay hai...." he said closing his eyes

"Kya!" Neela ma can't able to believe

"This shouldn't be happen Neil...tumhe tho pata hai... She is carrying twin babies.. Then how careful you both should be..." she said and went after getting sign from him while Neela ma sat with thud

"yeh sab kese hua..." Neev asked while he hugged him crying like a baby and told everything to him

He then bend down and hold her hand

"I am sorry Neela ma.... Maine Avni ko protect kar nahi paya..." he said crying

"Sirji...vidyut aur Aashish ki dead body aay hai..." one of the constable said while Neela ma turned away not looking at the stretcher which was covered with white cloth

"Lae jaye isse.." he said while he nodded and left

Neil was walking to and fro in the corridor

"I am sorry Avni... Tum jaise sochi thi delivery ke baare main vaise kuch bhi nahi hua... Hey bhagwan I want her safe... I want my babies to be safe please..." he thought while he was crying

Within sometime The doctor came out.

"Congratulation... Your Prince and princess are safe...but... " she said while everyone smiled hearing that, the word 'but' made them vanished in a second

"Doctor?.. But?" he asked while his whole body started to shake

"But... I can't tell anything about Avni.. Right now... Bohat bleeding hui hai... ... You can't able to see Avni. . " she said and went while all went numb mainly Neil.

"Neil... You come with me... The babies are in separate ward and only parents are allowed as they wanna be in observation for an hour ..." she said while Neil nodded and went with her

He entered after wearing gloves. A smile crept and a lone tear escaped after seeing his little souls sleeping.

He chuckles seeing the baby boy who has same nose like Avni. And the baby girl whose lips is same as him. He kissed their forehead.

Later on

Neil and everyone was sitting outside the ICU. Where as the doctor came after checking Avni.

"Doctor Avni ab kesi hai?"

"she was stucked towards the shock I guess that's why she is still in the unstable state" she said while the nurse came

"Doctor bache dhono rone lage... We wanna feed them..." the nurse said

"Avni... Abhi unconscious main hi hai... I guess we should arrange another one to feed them..." the doctor said

"Ananya... She will feed for the babies..." Neev said while Neil looked at him with tear in his eyes.

"Okay... Thats good... Nurse arrange for that..." she said while Neil hugged Neev tightly

"Doctor I wanna see Avni.... Please.... Please..." he pleased her

"Teek hai... You can go..."

"Thank you...." he said and ran to her room

Neil's pov

As soon as I entered and saw her pale face, tears started to roll from my eyes betraying me as I wanna talk to her strongly. I sniffed and wiped away my tears and went to her. I sat on the stool beside and took her hand and kissed it.

"Avni... Jaana..humari do jaan bohat cute hai Avni.... Tab main un dhono godh main liye the... Uff.... Main hi sabse zyadha kush nazeeb Insan hu... Par bura iss baat keliye ki... Tum ab tak ut nahi rahi ho... See... I am perfectly all right.... Aur main iss kushi ko.... Tumhari saath share karna chaatha hu... Utjo jaana... Bass meriliye tho sahi.... Dekho... Tumhe aadat dalna hoga... Yeh shurat hai... Bass tum issi tarah delivery bihat karni hai.... Kyunki humko tho ek football team banana hai.... Achaa teek hai gussa math karo ek cricket team as your wish... Bass tum sahi salamt utjao.... I love you... I love you sooo much..... " he said and kissed his forehead while his tear fell on her eyes.

He wiped her tears and came back hoping for her to wake up.
