Haters will never understand why Annabeth doesn't like spiders.

My thoughts:

SHE'S A FREAKING DAUGHTER OF ATHENA. HER MOTHER TURNED THE MOTHER OF ALL SPIDERS INTO A SPIDER SO OF COURSE THERE'S LIKE A GRUDGE BETWEEN THEM. Not to mention they try to hurt demigod children of Athena all the time.
