I don't know when we both slept looking at his cute sleeping face with a happy smile on our face. 

The next day I woke up to find me and Jack trying to fit in a small bed trying not to squeeze the baby. He was still asleep with his one hand firmly placed on my waist as if making sure I didn't fall out of bed in the middle of the night. I looked at our sleeping baby and then at him. He was still so deep in sleep. I know we slept less because the baby woke up in the middle of the night crying telling me he was hungry. Jack stayed up with me until the baby fell asleep. 

Even though I told him to sleep he didn't, instead, he helped me in making the baby burp after I breast-feed him. I knew it was his way of saying he was there for both of us. It warms my heart knowing he was willing to help me in everything. I already knew he was going to be a great dad the way he behaved with Amelia. She is daddy's girl. They are already best friends and I felt jealous because I was her best friend and he took that place. But somehow it warms my heart even more. I felt lucky looking at how responsible a man he has become as my husband and caring dad for our kids. 

Putting one hand below my head I shifted my face to look at his peaceful sleeping face. I just kept looking at his face which was now a little stress-free. I remember how I pulled his hair yesterday during my labor. I know I did it very harshly but I couldn't help because I did it subconsciously. Nothing was in my hand as I was not in my senses. All I could feel at that time were very painful contractions that scarred me for the life of my baby, and myself. I pulled his hair very harshly but he didn't even complain about it once. 

He did not even try to take my hands away from his hair but let me pull it with all my might. I knew it must have hurt him so much. I lifted one hand and moved my fingers in his hair to massage it a bit. I think his scalp still hurt because he hissed a bit but didn't wake up from his sleep. I continued doing it until I saw his furrowed eyebrows getting relaxed. It was my way of tending to the pain I caused. I kept doing it until I heard small cries. My boy had woken up asking to feed him. Jack opened his eyes like he was in alert mode. 

"He is hungry. I will feed him when you go back to sleep" I said with a small smile on my face while shifting the baby near me. I started to feed him. Instead of going back to sleep, Jack sat up rubbing his face. 

"I will go get you to breakfast ready and some new clothes to change," he said with a small yawn while talking. I just nodded yes. He kissed me on my head and went out to grab everything. After some time, he returned with a nurse who brought food for both of us again today he fed me even though I told him I could eat but he didn't let me. After that  My dad, aunty Sam, uncle Richard, and Amelia visited the hospital to see me and the baby. Aunty bought some clothes for me to change and a big tiffin of all the nutrition-rich food. Amelia immediately went into Jack's arms from uncle Richards. I gestured for Jack to bring her to me and she immediately came near me. 

"How is my baby," I asked with a smile as she sat beside me. 

"I'm good but mommy is you hurt," she asked in her baby voice talking my hand in her. Everyone was looking at us in amusement. 

"It's hurting a little bit here but I will be fine if I receive a kiss from my baby," I said and she kissed me. 

"Now I'm feeling so good," I said while kissing her and she laughed brightly cheering up the whole room with her shining smile.  

"Where is my grandchild," the aunty Sam asked as she kept everything on the table. 

"He just slept," I said as I tried to sit up. 

"Don't sit up, dear, just rest," she said with a warm smile on her face. 

"I want to see my brother," Amelia said in excitement to which Jack took her cradle. 

"He is so small," she said in her surprised voice, making us laugh. That day went with dad and uncle playing with the kids and they stayed till dawn. The next few days I went to the hospital as I felt weak. Throughout my stay there, I was surprised that none of my friends came to see me. They must be busy in their life. Finally, after four days, they gave me a discharge. We collected all our things with Jack holding my things in one hand while Amelia in the other and me holding our baby in my arms we went to our car and left for our house. Riding our car for half an hour we reached the house but not the same penthouse we stayed in after our marriage. Instead, the house I was standing in front of was a very big mansion. Jack stepped out and opened my door for me to get out. 

"Jack, where are we?" I asked him, looking in awe at the beautiful mansion. 

"Home," he said, flashing me with his panty-drop smile. I gasped in surprise. He explained to me he had already bought this house as my birthday gift but before he could give me all the things that happened. I was a little shocked and happy at the same time. That manga already bought two houses for me. 

"Come let's go," he said as he saw me enter. He lifted his hand and wiped it as I gave a small nod. But as soon as I reached for the door it opened and everyone screamed welcome. Everyone was present there and it made me more overwhelmed. All my girlfriends were dying to see my baby but they didn't just as they were busy getting the house ready for me. It made me feel luckier. We parted as it was so much fun because I loved this new house. When it comes time to decide what our baby's name will be. I asked Jack if he had any name in his mind but he told me to keep the baby name. 

"Aiden his name will be Aiden" I did with a smile and everyone cheered likening the name.

"I love you so much," Jack whispered and kissed my lips.

"I love you more" I whispered back on his lips, making him grin. We both kept staring into each other's eyes with a happy smile tugged on our lips. So this is how our welcoming party went in the new house. At this moment I felt so contained and happy that I couldn't ask for anything more. 

I just wish only happiness and great health for our kids in the future.
