"I hope I'm not disturbing you ladies" 

He flashed us his pearly white teeth smile and from the corner of my eyes, I looked at Ava who seemed pissed looking at his smiling face. 

"Long time no see Mrs. Miller," he said while looking at me. 

"I was wondering how you are doing. You look very much pregnant and beautiful as always," he said in his heavy voice which had an accent mixed in his English making me wonder where exactly he was from. I blushed a little at his compliment. He always says all those cheesy words to me, making me think if he likes to flirt with everyone. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Ava sighing in frustration. It was visible on her face that she was not happy to see him here. 

"Mr. Robert, didn't I tell you to call me Nina?" I said while smiling back at him. 

"Didn't I tell you to call me Michael?" he asked in his heavy accent, making me blush again. He knew how to talk with women. 

"What are you doing here," I asked him in my curious voice. Well, it was odd to see him in the garden at this time unless he is here with someone. 

"I had a business nearby and I saw both of you here," he said while looking from me to Ava who was ignoring him and busy looking at kids. 

"So I decided to say hello before I leave," he said while looking from ava to me. 

"How are you doing Ava," he asked in his heavy accent voice with a smirk on his lips. He asked her like he was mocking her; something was hidden in his words and I knew it by the way she curled her fingers in a fist. 

"Now you are done saying your hello you should head back. I'm sure you have more important things to do than wasting a few minutes from your busy schedule to only say hello" Ava shorted back at him in her annoyed voice instead of telling him how she was doing. I could see she was trying to control her anger.  

"Don't worry I'm doing my important thing now. Taking a few moments from my busy schedule to say hello won't affect my billion-dollar empire" he said with a cocky smirk on his face making Ava more annoyed than she already was. Something was going on between them and my curiosity to know it was killing me. 

"So Nina, will you be joining the success party of Milliers and Rogers joint venture this week?" He asked in his curious voice. The project which was started with the union of two companies with our marriage was successfully done and now because we had lots of profit in two days there was going to be a success party for it to celebrate. Ava was in charge of it. 

"Yes, I will be," I said with a smile on my face keeping my conversation short. I didn't want to make Ava stress because of his presence. Even if my curiosity was killing me I had to make him go away for her. 

"Then see you there," he said as he understood what I was thinking. Ava was looking at him like throwing daggers at him with her eyes. 

"See you there Ava, just a friendly reminder you are running out of time," he said while looking into her eyes. These times there was no flirtiness in his eyes but a warning tone regarding sometimes. His words had a certain determination to them and it made me shiver. I don't know what was going on but it seemed like it was a big bright sign of danger. Tension in the air was thick. I forced a smile at him as he nodded and turned to leave. Ava kept throwing daggers at his retiring back. If looks could kill he would have turned into ash till now. 

"What was that," I asked breathing in relief as soon as he was out of our sight. "Nothing," she said in her annoyed voice but she took a deep breath to calm herself and then looked at me. 

"Sorry he just makes me want to kill him," she said in her little calm voice making me smile back at her in understanding. We sat there talking about all the office work and Liam's school. I didn't ask her anything because I knew it was not my place to force her to tell me. If she feels like sharing she will. After the kids were done playing we went and had lunch in the nearby cafe. Then she dropped me and Amelia at the foundation house. Days went fast and it was soon the success party day. I dressed Amelia in a beautiful pink dress and she was running to show it to everyone. I was wearing a red chiffon gown that Matt had brought for me. It was beautiful and showed my skin a little. I was sitting on the sofa and Jack was helping me with my sandals. 

"Do I look good in the gown?" I asked, feeling a little nervous. I had never been this big and it was my first appearance out of friends and family gatherings. My insecurities were bugging me a little. Now he was done with my Sandel so he lifted his head and looked at me.  

"You look good," he asked me in the question, making me look at him with little sad eyes. I knew I wouldn't look good in it. 

"You look breathtaking. It makes me want to ditch the party and do you in many ways" he said, making my face turn red. I was not expecting this answer from him. 

"God! Let's go before I change my mind" he said standing up while controlling his urges and I laugh at him. He glared at me. 

"Keep laughing but once our baby is out of your tummy I'm going to do you in many ways. Then only thing your mouth will be doing besides laughing at that time will be screaming my name" he said in his determined voice making my body shiver in sweet chills. Saying that he made me stand. We soon reached the party. I found all the girls setting, making me, Jack Amelia go there. Jack said hello to everyone. Kissing my lips he went to talk with all the men taking Amelia with him. Zanvil, Skylar, and Michael were standing at the bar discussing something. Looking at Amelia in Jack's arms everyone started to talk with her making me smile as I saw her shaking her small hand with everyone. 

"Where is Ava," I asked Hazel and Jane as I took my seat. 

"She is busy looking at the final arrangement," Hazel said as she sipped some juice from her glass. 

"Hello girls" I heard Matt's voice which made me look in the direction of it. He looked stunning like always dressed to kill. 

"You made it," I said in my happy voice. "Yes, how could I miss it?" he bends down and kisses my cheeks, and takes the seat beside me. 

"I'm exhausted and the party has not even started," said Ava while she slumped on the empty seat in front of me. 

"Party arrangements are done so beautifully. Good job Ava" I said to encourage her. 

"Good job," everyone said, making her tiredness go away a bit. Party soon started with all the speech and boring parts. I was eagerly waiting to eat and soon time arrived. Even though Jack brought some starters to me to eat I was still hungry. 

Liam and Amelia, we're with aunty Sam at her table with uncle Richard and dad while the rest of us took the big dining table. All of them congratulated Jack and me and cheered for a more party in the future. As the waiter was giving the champagne glass to everyone I saw Skyler taking away Hazel's glass and replacing it with juice making her clench her jaw and as he smirks at her. She huffed in annoyance instead of taking the juice glass she grabbed his champagne glass and glued it in one go in the end coughing a little as it was strong. I saw how her face flushed. 

"Matt, what is your hot ass boyfriend doing here," Hazel asked as she was looking behind me. 

"Oh God, I didn't know he was coming," we all heard him say in little annoyance as he tried to hide but he had already spotted him. Looks like he was not happy to see him here. 

"He is one of the investors in our company" Jack informed us. 

"Did you guys fight?" Jane asked as she looked from Matt to her boyfriend. 

"I could never fight with that face," Ava said dreamily and I saw how Micheal's eyes turned hard. 

"Me too, how do you even get the courage to do that," Hazel said while trying to get another glass of champagne but she stopped in the middle as a sudden gasp left her mouth, making her look at Skyler with a horror look on her face. I averted my eyes from them and looked at Matt as I knew exactly what was going on. 

"Well, I have to agree with them," I  said with a smile on my face as I was noticing everything. 

"Me too," Jane said with a smirk on her lips. All the men's settings growled in annoyance, making us laugh in the union. 

"Guys date him and you will be doing all the things," Matt said as he knew his struggle and it made us laugh even more. As if we were dealing with anything less. All the men sitting here were like alpha males ready to kill anyone who tried to take their mate away. We laughed and enjoyed it when I felt something slippery liquid sliding from my legs making me stop eating. 

"Jack" I called his name in my alert voice and my next words made all the chattering go down. 

"My water just broke"
