hollypaw didn't think she was any different from her family.

nightcloud loved her and took care of her like any other mother would.
crowfeather would go on walks with her and sneak her out of camp to see the stars at moonrise.
even breezepaw, despite being an annoyance at times, made sure she was happy and comforted her when she wasn't.

but then the stars spoke to barkface and told him she was his predecessor.

but then cats started gossiping about how she "didn't look like her father," "didn't sound like her mother," "didn't get along with her brother," etcetera.
