Rylee's POV
It's my first day going to a new school and I'm really excited. But I'm also really nervous because not only does this school allow humans but it also allows giants and I've been afraid of giants since an incident that happened a long time ago. I decided not to think about it too much as I walked into the school trying to avoid the giants as I went to my first class. As soon as I sat down, my heart started beating really fast as all the giants walked in. However, there was one giant in particular that caught my attention. He had brown hair, green eyes, very godlike features from head to toe, literally every single detail on him was beautiful. He looked like a very friendly guy but I'm afraid he might be like all the other giants I've encountered in the past. But as soon as he saw me, I was so scared he was gonna come over and eat me alive but instead he gave me a friendly smile and waved at me. I waved back as I realized he was very friendly. As soon as class was over, he came over to the balcony that separates the humans and the giants to see me. I felt really intimidated because of how big he was. He's the biggest out of all the giants. "Don't be afraid, sweetheart. I'm not gonna hurt you. I just came to give you a note." Even though his voice rumbled a little, it was actually very soothing. He was very soft spoken and very kind. I slowly walked up to him grabbed the note which was way bigger than me but still easy for me to grab and looked back up at him. "T-Thanks." I said with a shy smile as he walked away with a kind smile. I opened up the note he gave me and it read, 'I know you're worried. But I'm here to tell you that you're completely safe. I won't let any of the giants harm you. I'll keep you safe and protected. Love, Harry.' I was at a loss of words at how kind Harry was. The fact that he's willing to protect me from harm makes me so happy. I'm still very shy around him though because he's very handsome but I continued on with my day.

Harry's POV
I was really happy to find out that we have a new student at the school. Infact, she is very cute and adorable.  I've also noticed that she's very shy and scared. Not only because of all the giants around but she's also the smallest out of all the students including the humans. But I felt nothing but love for such a sweet little angel. I've learned that her name is Rylee which is a very beautiful name. So far, she's been in every class that I'm in and now she in my lunch hour. When I saw Rylee in the cafeteria, I noticed that she was sitting alone. So, I decided to go up to her slowly. "Excuse me, honey." She jumped a little which meant she was startled. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry I startled you." I said as I knelt down and placed my hand down next to her. "Why don't you come sit with me? You really look like you could use a friend." I spoke softly so I wouldn't hurt her tiny ears. I felt her shaking as she climbed onto my hand but I didn't mind. I carefully scooped my other hand underneath so she won't fall. "Hold on tight, sweetie." I slowly picked Rylee up, cradled her against my tummy, and headed over to a quiet area outside to have lunch. Once I got to my table, I gently placed her on the table, sat down, put my lunch box on the table, and got out my lunch. "So, your name's Rylee. That's such a beautiful name." I said as I handed Rylee a grape small enough for her. "T-Thanks, Harry. I-I've heard a lot about you as well." I smiled in response. "Yeah. I'm actually known as the most popular guy in school. But the thing is I don't care about popularity because I've seen people let it go to their head. I'm not one of those people." I explained to Rylee as I began to eat my sandwich. "I don't harm any humans. I'm all about treating people equally regardless of what they look like. I've seen so many giants terrorizing, threatening, hurting humans in anyway and it really breaks my heart. I always do my best to protect humans from all harm." I then noticed Rylee start to tear up. "Oh, come here, Rylee." I carefully scooped her up and gave her a gentle hug. I can definitely tell she's afraid of giants and I know it's for a good reason. "You've been hurt by giants, haven't you?"

Rylee's POV
I cried into Harry's chest as I remembered what one giant did to my family. "A-A giant t-took my family away from me and killed them." I cried harder as I felt my heart break remembering everything that happened. "How old were you when this happened?" Asked Harry. "I-I was 3." I said gripping his shirt tightly crying the hardest I've ever cried. "You poor thing."

Harry's POV
I felt my heart break so much hearing what Rylee went through at only 3 years old. I don't understand why anyone would do that to such a small child. "You didn't deserve to go through anything like that. I'm so sorry, sweetheart." I rubbed her back to help calm her down. "I-I didn't know what to do when it happened." Said Rylee. "I know, sweetheart. You were just a baby when it happened. Something like that can really scar a child for life. The same thing happened to a baby girl a year ago. I knew a giant attacked the house due to the debris I found. When I found the baby, the poor thing was cold and scared. I took her back to my house to nurse her back to health. I was very careful with her considering how small she was. I didn't use tweezers because I didn't want to scare the little baby so I used my bare hands to take care of her. She was such a teeny tiny baby and I was able to take care of her without any problems and I'm massive. After I nursed her back to health, I took her to the orphanage not too far from my house and they sent her to a family who was willing to take care of her." I said to Rylee as I slowly pulled her away from my chest and held her in front of my face. "I know you've been lonely for your whole life but I also know that so many people have helped you over the years and probably didn't realize it. You may have witnessed something absolutely traumatic at such a young age but you're a survivor. The fact that you're still alive makes me very happy." I then slowly brought her closer to my face and gave her a gentle kiss.

Rylee's POV
I kept on crying until I felt Harry's huge lips lean in to kiss me. Harry literally gave me the most gentle kiss ever. "You're safe now." Said Harry. "If you want, I can have you stay at my house so you don't have to be alone anymore." I smiled at his offer. "I would love that. Thanks, Harry." I said hugging his nose. "You're welcome, sweetie." A few hours later, the school day ended and Harry took me over to his house. His house was huge but it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

Harry's POV
I could really tell Rylee loved my home. I gave her a tour of the house and she immediately felt at home. "Welcome to your new home, Rylee." I said as I sat down on the couch cradling Rylee against my tummy. "Your house is beautiful. I've lived in so many houses and none of them are as beautiful as this." Said Rylee as she leaned on my tummy. "You've lived in a lot of places. Did you ever feel safe?" I asked. "Not really. I always felt alone, neglected, used, and lied to." That's when I gave Rylee a gentle hug. "That's why I'm here now. I'm here to give you a home where you feel safe and protected. I know that so many people have hurt you in the past but, sweetheart, I will never let anyone come get you. Whether they're a human or a giant, I will do anything to keep my sweet little angel safe, loved, and protected." I said as I gently scooped Rylee up and gave her another kiss which caused her to giggle. "You're so cute." I then noticed her shivering so I reached over for a small blanket, gently placed her back on my tummy, and placed the blanket over her. "There you go, Rylee bear." I couldn't help but notice how cute Rylee was while snuggling under the blanket. She looked like a little baby while snuggling which was adorable. "Why don't you take a nap for a little bit? You've had a long day." I said placing my hand around Rylee to protect her. "I'll be here the whole time, ok sweetie." That's when Rylee fell asleep. "Sweet dreams, baby girl." I felt really good about letting Rylee live with me. I couldn't let her be alone anymore especially knowing her family was taken away by a giant when she was 3. She deserves the best living environment and I'm willing to give her that. I love Rylee and I don't ever want to let her go.
