"Hey, Y/N!" A chirpy voice called after you as you turned around from where you were walking. "Hello..." Once he was by your side, you walked to Muggle Studies with your attention to the stone floor. "Hey." Silence. "Hey." Silence. "Hey!" You jumped from his shouting in your ear and looked over to him. "What?" You said sharply. "Are you OK, love?" Your heart skipped a beat when he called you love. "I-I-I'm... Umm.... Fine..." He wrapped an arm around you and nuzzles his nose into your E/C hair. "Sure? I don't want my lil cutie here getting sick." Your heart was beating so fast that it was practically coming out of your chair. "Y-Y-Y-Y-Yeah... Just had a bad start..." He snickered and couldn't help but see the blush on your cheeks. "You're cute when you're blushing." "N-N-N-No, I'm not." You pushed him off you and slammed yourself into the Muggle Studies room. "Ms. L/N." You turned around and saw Mr. Fletcher Anacreon (not canon), staring at you with hawk eyes.

"Sorry, Professor Anacreon..." You shuffled to a seat in the middle of the class followed by snickers from other students. Once seated, you opened your Muggles Study, Mathematics textbook and his your face in it. "What's up?" You looked over to Lily who was fiddling with her thumbs playfully. "Nothing..." She lifted her eyebrow and didn't believe a word you said. "Mhmm... Scorpius?" "Ladies, focus." Lily zipped her mouth and focused on the lesson in front about angles and stuff. "He complimented you?" You ignored her whispers until the end of class, his words still lingering in your head. Lil cutie. Love. He called me those names... You smiled to yourself and bumped into someone's, a girl's, chest. The books in hand were flew out and you fell, butt first to the hard scold stone floor. "Hey, L/N! Are you blind?!" You rubbed your sore back and saw Matty James looking back at you. "S-S-S-S-Sorry, M-M-M-M-Matty..." Your fingers reached for the first book in front of you but it was kicked away from reach. "This is the last straw, L/N. You will apologize properly or you'll end up begging at my feet."

Your eyes became teary and a tear fell from your eye onto the floor. There was laughter from the girl and her friends as you muttered a sorry. You hurriedly picked up the books but felt someone pull you up by your hair. "Ah! Ow!" You held onto your head and ran away to the Slytherin common room, the password coming out as a fluster. "Ah, Y/N-" You ignored Scorpius's call and rushed to your single room. There was banging on the door and pleads from the familiar Malfoy, "Y/N! Open up! Please!" You cried into your pillow cradled in your arms. He's just calls you love because he's sympathetic towards you. The voice came back. He calls you cutie because he wants to cover the the fact you're ugly. You fell asleep crying that day.

Next day

It was a windy afternoon and you were walking through the empty corridors alone. Scorpius was near Hagrid's hut, sitting on top of the hill and staring down at the little shack. Both of you had each other on your minds. A/N: Song part comes in here.

He breathed in. "Do you hear me? I'm talking to you. Across the water, across the deep blue ocean." He looked up to the blue sky, smiling. "Under the open sky, oh my, baby I'm trying."

You ran your hand on the edged stone wall, your chest moving with your breathing. "Boy, I hear you in my dreams. I feel your whisper across the sea." Scorpius's cute smile appeared in your mind and you couldn't help but to smile back. "I keep you with me in my heart. You make it easier when life goes hard."

"I'm lucky I'm in love with my best friend. Lucky to have been where I have been. Lucky to be coming home again." You walked around and found the other corridors empty with no one in them. "Its lunch time now". You said to yourself ad you found yourself wandering around.

"Ooohh oooh oooh ooh ooh ooh ooh~." You turned a corner, twirling as you did. "They don't know how long it takes. Waiting for love like this." Scorpius stood up and brushed his pants with a little skip in his step. "Every time we say goodbye." "I wish we had one more kiss." You dreamily leaned yourself against the wall, smiling.

"I'll wait for you. I promise you, I will." Scorpius tucked his hands I to his pockets and walked inside, wandering around just like you. "I'm lucky I'm in love with my best friend. Lucky to have been where I have been. Lucky to be coming hone again." You clutched onto your chest where your heart beat and felt it thumping. "Lucky we're in love every way. Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed." You both sighed in thought of each other. "Lucky to be coming hone someday." He kicked a stone and continued to smile. "So, I'm sailing through the sea, to an island where we'll meet." Scorpius spun on his heel and his silky hair twirled with him. "You'll hear the music in the air." He saw a flower growing between the stone near a window and proceeded to grab it, sniffing it. "I'll put a flower in your hair.

You skipped with the biggest smile you have. "Through the breeze, through trees. Move so pretty, you're all I see." You hugged yourself as breeze blew through your face. "As the world keeps spinning round, you hold me right here, right now."

"Lucky I'm in love with my best friend. Lucky to have been where I have been. Lucky coming home again." The flashes of each other's images came into your mind, making you smile even more. "Lucky we're in love in every way. Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed. Lucky to be coming home someday." You both turned a corner into another empty corridor, backs facing each other.

You hit someone's back and their hand fell into yours upon collision. "Uh, sorry..." You turned around and felt someone's lips fall onto your own. Scorpius kissed you and pulled back after about a minute. His face was still inches away from yours but his eyes opened slightly. "Hey." You were blushing madly your face was the colour of the Gryffindor red. "What was that?" He snickered and placed his hands on your waist, his face still so close to yours. "I'm in love with my best friend. That's what." He dipped his head further until you bond in another blissful kiss, kissing back. Your hands wrapped around his neck, your head tilted and your eyes closed tight. You parted and you stepped back to look at the platinum haired boy. "I like you too, Scorpius." "I knew it."
