You let out a deep sigh as you looked at your best friend Newt. You had come with him to America because you were his 'assistant' but really it was because he thought you were nice. You both had been friends since first year at Hogwarts and rarely left the other one alone. Anyway you had a crush on him for a long time and it sucked that he didn't see you that way.
You mentally stabbed that girl in the face repeatedly. What was her name oh yeah Tina. You rolled your eyes as you sat on the boat waiting for Newt to join you. You were so mad  you couldn't speak. Newt finally joined you on the boat and he sensed the uneasiness. He smiled at you whispering your name. You didn't answer. He continued to say your name until he suddenly stopped. He got up and grabbed your had leading you with him. He pulled you into an abandoned hallway and let go of your hand. "What's wrong with you (y/n) your never usually this different?" No answer. He did the only thing he could think of to comfort you. He set his case down wrapped his arms around you in a sort of bear hug. He kissed you on the cheek making you blush. "You know you don't have to be jealous of Tina I like you a lot more than her." He whispered. You wrapped your arms around him.
"Good because you're stuck with me." He chuckled pecking you on the lips as you walked back to where you were before.
"Remind me to make you jealous more often because I like it when you're jealous."
