Edward POV

Once Winry opened the door to this old shop and looked inside to see if anyone was there, she walked in. We walked inside to see that no one was at the counter so Al spoke out. "Hello? Anyone here?" He said a little worried. "Hello!" A man said behind us. Al and Winry screamed while I just jumped. We turned around to see an old dude who looked blind, not judging, and his clothes were wrinkled too.

"Ah, you must be Winry Rockbell and Edward and Alphonse Elric? I  remember when your father came in here for the first time. Hohenhime came in here 69 years ago for his first wand." I covered my mouth and started to laugh into my hand hunched over. Winry started to grab her wrench again while Al just smiled innocently.

(I had to look up how old he is to make a joke for this. He was born in 1464 and is 450 years old before he died. I think...)

" let me grab some wands." Ollivander said while walking away to the many shelves behind him. I had settled down with my laughing when he came back. He had grabbed 3 wands for us to try. He gave us the wands with a description of it then told us to 'give it a wave'. We did that and multiple things broke in the process.

3rd POV

They had to try wand after wand after wand before they got the right one. It took Winry 6 try's, Al 7 try's, and Ed took 11 try's. "Winry, your wand is 13 inches, elder wood with Dragon Heartstring. Only the ones born with natural talent can use the elder wood, and the core is very powerful, capable of some of the most advanced spells." Winry smiled to herself and took the wand and put it back in its case.

"Alphonse, your wand is 9 inches, vine wood with Thestral tail hair. The core is one of the most unstable substances to use. It takes a special kind of person to weld this wand, someone who is intelligent and selfless, in essence." Al blushed and smiled. He was kinder than his brother but that didn't mean that he was selfless.. he thought for a second before he realized about all the kittens he tried to smuggle without his brother knowing, before he found out, already knowing himself that he couldn't take care of them.

"Edward, your wand is 11 inches, hazel wood with Veela hair as a core. Very sensitive and fiercely loyal to its bearer. It's as temperamental as the one who holds it." Edward frowned and hunched his shoulders forward as he heard Al and Winry giggling in the background. "Hope you enjoy your wand, PFFT—, pipsqueak!!" Winry said while laughing in Al's shoulder.

"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A TUNY BUG WHO CAN ONLY BE SEEN BY A MAGNIFYING GLASS?!?!?!!!!" Ed yelled at them until they were both in the ground bowing to him whispering prayers for themselves. Ed turned back around to the old man, who was laughing at little at Ed's outbreak, and asked him a question. " how much are these things anyways?" He asked, still mad for the other 2, that were still bowing for their lives at his feet.

"Each wand cost about 2 gallons each." He said to the teenagers. They reached into the pouches and grabbed 2 gold coins and put them on the counter. As they were walking out Winry and Al said goodbye and waved while Ed just waved. Once they got outside they spotted Hagrid walking their way "Hey yer kids. I got yer school supplies and stuff." He said as he walked up with a bunch of bags.

Ed looked into one of the bags and  yelled at Hagrid. "YOU WENT TO THE LIBRARY WITHOUT US?!" Hagrid took a step back while some of the Wizard and Witches looked at them. "Ya, is thata be deal er somethin?" Hagrid asked Winry while Ed and Al were looking that the books. She sighed and shook her head at the boys. "Yeah, it's a huge deal with them. They spend all their time in the library back at home and central." She said sadly. Hagrid picked up the mood by suggesting something they could all do.

"Hey why not go ter The Magical Menagerie, the pet shop before we leave!" He said while Al's head bolted up once he heard those words. "Yes." He said before looking at Hagrid. "Yes." They headed over to The Magical Menagerie and walked inside. Once inside Al immediately ran over to a cage. It held a kitten. "Edward pls!!! Can I get it!! It called to-"

"Yeah yeah, take it!" Ed said with a hand on his head and the other waving to his brother. He walked around the shop looking at all the animals, not really get attached to any of them. Until he saw a snake, a Ball Python. The snake was a baby, only about 16 inches long, looking directly at Edward.  Ed moved his head to the side a little and the snake did the same. Ed smiled and called one of the people over to collect the snake while he payed for it.

Once he payed and walked out of the building, he saw Al waiting outside for him and Winry with Hagrid. And few minutes later Winry came out. Edward had a handsome Ball Python named Monty, Alphonse had a cute Calico Cat named Amber, and Winry had a beautiful Spotted Owl named Kleebly. All of them were happy with their choices and went back through the brick wall into the Leaky Cauldron to get room for the next couple of nights.

— MY GOD!! It's 2 am for me right now and I'm super tried so I'm gonna make this quick. When I was looking at snake breeds for Edward I originally chose a 'Burmese Python' but when I looked a pictures I changed it bc they grew to be about 15 to 20 feet long and the pic I found was crazy!

4 FIRCKING PEOPLE TO HOLD IT UP!! So I did t change it to a Ball Python bc I thought it would be weird and super suspicious for Ed to have a 20 foot snake following him in the halls of Hogwarts. Haha lol 😂. Well I hope you guys have a great day/afternoon/night!
