Eh. While it's nice in Dramione fics (which I rarely read anyway), I doubt it would happen and don't know enough about Astoria to say too much. What I head-canon about her definitely doesn't suit Ron. Though, the fact that she canonically supported muggles and muggle-borns would definitely help.
