2023 opinion
This is one of the newer ships I've discovered...and I like it!  Fleur and Cho are quite similar; they're both intelligent, social, driven by emotions, elegant, and slightly judgemental. They also give me the same aesthetic vibes — Cho reminds me of light academia and Fleur, romantic academia. Imagine them bonding over the tri-wizard tournament and then Fleur helping her grieve afterwards. They're extremely cute together and they'd be such a fluffy couple. Ahh, so adorable! That being said, I wouldn't say they're a favourite by any means.
