2023 Opinion
This is yet another ship I didn't know was a thing until I stumbled upon a short fanfic on AO3. It was really good, not gonna lie. At first, I was worried that their personalities would be too different and they'd clash, but ultimately it worked out well. They're similar in many ways, but yet completely different. I think they'd have issues around the war, which would produce some excellent angst, but they'd work it out eventually. Besides, I honestly can't see Angelina and George lasting — she was dating Fred first, and I feel as though that may cause issues down the track. Obviously I love that they had kids together, so I don't see them breaking up until just after that, which is also why I only ship Blaise x George in post-war fics. Plus, I doubt it would ever happen during Hogwarts anyway. I know it's a weird ship, but just trust me. The fanfiction was excellent. Both are mischievous, flirtatious, and creative with rather stubborn attitudes and a sort of quiet confidence.
