Teddy's POV:

It was bedtime and Ginny just tucked me in and kissed my forehead.
She closed the door and a second later I heard a loud shriek. I got out of bed and saw Ginny holding her tummy and standing over a puddle of water.

She was breathless and managed to say "Ted-my-wand-baby-coming"
I ran downstairs and got her wand that was lying on couch. Harry always tells Ginny not to forget it, but she always does.

A silvery horse trotted out of the tip of her wand. She told the horse to go to Harry and her mother.

I held her hand and helped her walk down the stairs. We floo-ed to St.Mungos.

Ginny was now screaming for some reason and I ran to the lady at the front desk and told her that a baby was trying to come out of Ginny's tummy and pointed to her.

A second later Grandma Molly and Harry popped out of the fire.
Harry and another lady took Ginny to a room.

Gran carried me to the waiting room and I guess I fell asleep on her lap.
But when I woke up I was cuddled up to a very sleepy Victoire and saw Aunt Fleur, Uncle Bill, Uncle George, Aunt Angie, Aunt Mione, Uncle Ron, Freddie and Dom (also sleeping) in the waiting room.

Apparently Ginny had the baby and I now had a new brother.

Gran walked out of a room and called me over. She told me that I could meet my new brother now. So I took her hand and we walked into the room and saw Ginny holding a small bundle of blue blankets.

Harry was in a chair next to the bed.
He picked me up and sat me on the bed next to Ginny.

I looked at the baby's little face. He had warm brown eyes just like Ginny's and a small mop of black hair like Harry's.

Ginny said "Meet your brother- James Sirius Potter".

The little baby- my brother, scrunched up his tiny face and sneezed. We all laughed at how adorable that was.

I'd seen all my cousins as babies, but this time it was different. This was my own brother and I imagined playing with him and teaching him tricks and going to Hogwarts with him.

Soon all the Weasleys had their turn to meet the new Potter.

All the aunts and Gran were cooing over him for weeks. All the uncles and Grandpa were wondering if he'd be a great quidditch player just like his parents. He was all the papers and witches and wizards of world could talk about. They talked about how much he resembled his mum and dad and talked of all the great things he'd do in his future since he was Harry Potter's first born son.

Worst of all, even Vic - my best friend in the whole world, was ignoring me and came over only to play with James.

This made me insecure about myself and I felt like I had been invisible.

We were in the nursery and Calypso, the Potter family's owl flew in with a scroll.

When Ginny was answering the letter, I looked over at James. I scrunched my face and turned my hair the shade as his.

Later that night:

Right after dinner Teddy said he's going up to his room to do his homework from muggle school.

Harry went to put James to sleep and Ginny was brushing her hair in the mirror when Harry walked in with his emerald eyes glassy.

"What's wrong love?"

"I heard Teddy crying in his room and when I asked him what's wrong he told me that no one cares about him and he doesn't want to talk to us ever again."

She stroked his messy black hair out of his eyes and said "Well...he must be feeling neglected. Have you noticed, he turned his hair black. Ted feels like he needs to fit in. My mum told us that Bill reacted the same way when Charlie was born"

"Yeah..you're right. Let's go talk to him."

When they opened Teddy's door, they saw him curled up at the corner of his bed holding a picture of his parents. Remus and Tonks were smiling and cooing at a small baby with teal hair.

A single tear splashed onto the portrait and their hearts broke at the scene.

Now both Harry and Ginny sat on either side of him and dissolved their godson into a hug.

Teddy turned to Harry and sobbed into his chest. He pulled his godson close to him and said soothing words to him.

The now black haired boy pulled back, wiped his eyes with the sleeve of his quidditch jammies and said "Im sorry, I just really miss my parents. I know that I knew them for only 11 days, but I wish I could've had more time with them. You guys took me in, but now you're Jamie's, not mine."

Ginny had tears in her eyes too. She pulled her godson into her lap and held him tight. She said in a soft tone "Edward Remus Lupin, we are and always will be yours, and you will always be ours. We love you and James, and we will always love you boys equally."

"Really?" Teddy asked with his eyes big and hopeful.

"Never doubt it." Harry continued. "Even in the future when you and James have more siblings, we won't love you any less, We'll just make more room in hearts."

"Like the Burrow?"

"Yes, exactly like that" Ginny said with a laugh.

They all laughed for a while after that until Ginny stopped and asked Harry
"Wait, Harry? Did you say, 'When we have more children' before?"

"Um..yes..why?" he asked, scared that  he said something wrong.

"You want more children?" Ginny asked.

"Y-yes, Of course. Of course I do! I mean, O-only if you do?"

"Oh Harry! You're so cute when you're scared. I do want more children"

Ginny pecked her husband on the lips and Teddy said "Ewwww!" and his hair turned green.

"Oh yeah!" Harry challenged his godson before looking at Ginny and both of them placed big wet kisses on his cheeks.

"Ugh!" Teddy said before squirming out of their grip.

The couple laughed playfully and asked "Would you like us to read you a bedtime story?"

"Yes"

Harry picked him up and placed him on his bed. Ginny tucked him in and asked "How about 'Babbity Rabbity and the Cackling Stump'?"

Teddy nodded and the couple took turns reading line after line, until their teal haired godson fell asleep.
