Tina Goldstein- Not So Goody Two Shoes (c)

Handing over the mug, you sat down on the sofa, next to your wife, taking a sip out of your tea. Tina sunk down in her seat letting out a loud sigh in satisfaction of the hot drink warming her up. It was a cold evening, so the two of you were seeking heat where you could, from the wood fire in front of you and now your hot drinks.

The two of you were talking about the years past. Although you had been together for a very long time, you liked to talk about the past, even if you practically knew everything there was to know about each other. The current discussion was based on school. The two of you went to different schools, Tina going to Ilvermorny and you having gone to Hogwarts seen as you were raised in two different countries.

Tina explained her grades and the fact that she excelled in most things, never having received any form of reprimand or negative attitude due to her good behaviour.

"I think we've established that you are a goody two shoes," you laughed rolling your eyes.

You knew that Tina was the good one out of the Goldstein sisters, she rarely attempted to twist rules, whereas Queenie was at least willing to try, but that was one of the factors that had made you fall in love with her in the first place.

"I'm not a goody two shoes," she stated in a matter of fact tone.

"Course you're not love."

She raked her brain for an instance of her not being overly good but nothing came for a few moments until her eyes lit up with hope.

"I helped a fugitive," she grinned.

"No, you haven't," you laughed rolling your eyes.

She nodded with the usual 'I told you so' look.

"How do you think I met Newt?" She smiled.

You thought back, but Tina had never mentioned how she had met newt, but there had been signs that maybe this story was true and not as false as you would assume it was.

"Why didn't you tell me this?" You asked.

Although maybe it wasn't a massive thing to know this far ahead of when it had occurred seen as they were friends before you had even met her, you did wish she had told you as it was rather an interesting bit of trivia to know about your wife.

"I didn't know if we were serious enough," she shrugged.

"We've been married for ten years," you stated.

A decade of marriage and she hadn't considered that information that she should share with you? It was by far out of character for Tina and you wish you had known, not that it changed your opinions on your wife in any regards.

"I'm sorry," She smiled innocently.

"It's fine," you chuckled. "Next time you're trying to assist a fugitive though, tell me, it certainly sounds like an interesting endeavour, especially if it ends with a friend like Newt."
