Katie Bell- Quidditch Versus Christmas (h)

Hogwarts was a magical place anyway, no pun intended, but when you added the whole idea of Christmas to it the magic factor increased.

The majority of students went home for Christmas, but you were staying at Hogwarts that year along with your girlfriend Katie.

It was no secret that Katie loved Quidditch, it was her second love due to you being her first, but you loved Christmas and you didn't like the fact that Quidditch was coming in the way of Christmas.

You had always supported Katie, you enjoyed to see her doing what she loved but you wanted to decorate for Christmas however your girlfriend was down on the practise field getting in some last minute training to be ahead for next term.

Of course, you understood that Katie wanted to get in some extra practise but avoiding decorating didn't get her in your good books.

You had taken it upon yourself to go down to the practise field and find your girlfriend so that you could rope her into decorating the dorm with you, considering you were the only two that had stayed at school.

As you were walking, you spotted Katie doing laps of the field but once you reached her she came down to land "Everything okay Sweetheart?" she asked whilst you walked towards her.

You crossed your arms and gave her a pointed look "Today we are decorating" you stated in a slightly annoyed tone.

Katie sighed and pushed a few strands of hair behind her ear "That's today?" she asked sheepishly.

You nodded in response "Come on" you told her as you grabbed her hand "You're decorating with me whether you want to or not" you explained.

Katie happily obliged with holding your hand "Can't it wait till tomorrow Sweetheart?" she quizzed, clearly wanting to get back to practise.

You shook your head at her "No. We decided we would do it today last week" you reminded her which caused her to grimace.

"Oh yeah" she recalled making you smirk as you knew you were right "But I need practise" she commented, waving her broom around to motion back towards the field.

"Love, you have practised for four days straight" you smiled at her a little as you spoke "I think you can handle a few hours off to decorate with me" you bargained, pulling the puppy dog eyes.

She sighed and quickly kissed your cheek "Fine. As long as it ends this whole thing" she told you.

Your smile grew "No. The Quidditch versus Christmas feud shall continue"
