Evan's POV

Today I am going to the Burrow for two days. I'm both excited and nervous. I woke up early even though Mr Weasley wasn't due to get me until eleven thirty. I made sure I had my bag packed with whatever I may need for the two days. Pepper already left and would no doubt meet me there. She is such a clever owl.

"Are you all packed?" Uncle Remus asks me.

"Yes, at least I think so" I tell him. "I've pack several sets of clothes, pjs, tooth brush, spare shoes, owl treats for Pepper, underwear and a couple of books. Do you think I need anything else?" I ask him.

"Here's some muggle money, there's a town not far from the Burrow" he states handing me a wallet. I put it in my jacket pocket.

"Thank you" I say. Just then green flames appear in the fireplace and Professor Snape appears. "Morning sir" I say nodding my head.

"Morning Evan" he says. "Here you go Lupin" he says placing a goblet on the table next to Uncle Remus. "When is Mr Weasley due?" he asks.

"In half an hour" Uncle Remus answers.

"How are things at Hogwarts?" I ask him.

"Fine" he drawls. "I must return, I have a class to teach" he states. He returns to the fireplace and leaves. Half an hour later a red haired man appears from the fireplace.

"Morning Arthur" Uncle Remus says as he gets to his feet. They shake hands. "Allow me to introduce Evan" he says.

"Hello" I say.

"You all packed?" Mr Weasley asks. I nod and grab my back pack putting it on. "I'll have him back Saturday morning" he assures my uncle. "Do you know how to use the floo network?" he asks me.

"Yes, I've used it before" I assure him.

"Well say The Burrow and you'll be taken there. My wife Molly and our daughter Ginny will be waiting for you" he tells me. I nod and hug Uncle Remus goodbye before stepping into the fireplace. I grab a handful of floo powder.

"The Burrow" I say clearly dropping the powder. I'm surrounded by green flame and soon appear in another living room. Where a red haired woman and young girl are waiting. I step out and off to the side.

"Hello Evan dear, welcome to our home" Mrs Weasley says. "Say hello Ginny" she says.

"Hello, do you like Quidditch?" Ginny asks.

"Yeah I do, do you?" I ask curious and she nods her head as Mr Weasley appears.

"Why don't you show him to Ron's room dear?" Mrs Weasley asks her. Ginny nods and gestures me to follow her. I do so and she leads me upstairs. We reach the top floor and she opens a door.

"Pepper!" I cheer when I see her. She hoots and flies over. She lands on my shoulder and nuzzles me cooing happily.

"What a beautiful owl" Ginny states.

"Thanks, she was a gift" I state. "So who's Ron?" I ask curious as I put my bag down.

"One of my brothers, he just started at Hogwarts this year" she states.

"So has mine" I tell her with a smile.

"What house was he in?" she asks me.

"Gryffindor, yours?" I ask.

"Same" she says with a smile. "Do you have any other siblings?" she asks as we sit on the bed.

"Nope, you?" I ask.

"Five other brothers, all older then me. All were or are gryffindors, two have completed school" she states.

"Cool" I say.

"What's your brother's name?" she asks me curious.

"Can you keep a secret?" I ask her.

"Of course" she assures me.

"My brother is Harry Potter, I was a week old when our parents died" I tell her.

"I'm so sorry" she says and hugs me.

"Kids lunch!" Mrs Weasley calls.

"Promise not to tell anyone?" I ask her. She nods her head and we head down stairs. "Where's Mr Weasley?" I ask confused.

"He had to go back to work, I gave him a bag of lunch" she states. "I made sandwiches" she tells us. We all sit at the table and start to eat. Lunch was nice. Afterwards Ginny gave me a tour of the burrow. We then degnomed the garden together. Making it a game to see who could throw their gnome the furthest. It was a lot of fun.

Mr Weasley returned in time for dinner. We all ate together and had fudge for dessert. Afterward, we all just chill in the living room by the fire. I learned about what Mr Weasley does at the ministry. I can tell he is passionate about it, but I don't understand why. Mrs Weasley has never worked and always been a stay at home mum. Which suits her, she does an amazing job at it. Ginny is excited to start school next year.

On Friday, Mr Weasley had the morning off of work. So we all went down into town together. I got Ginny and I hot chocolate each with the money Uncle Remus had given me. We meet Mrs Diggory in the market. Her husband was at work and son at school. We then returned to the burrow and had lunch before Mr Weasley left for work.

After lunch, Ginny and I went to a nearby field. Burrowing her brother Charlie's old broom. She showed me how the fly and we took turned flying around. Until we went back to the Burrow for dinner. I then taught Ginny how to play chess. Before we went to our separate rooms for the night. I had a peaceful sleep.

I packed everything when I woke up and had breakfast with the Weasleys. Mr Weasley then dropped me off at Uncle Remus' house. Saying I am welcome anytime. Before flooing home. I tell Uncle Remus all about my stay at the Weasleys. He was happy to hear I had fun.

I then asked how his first full moon while under the affects of the wolf's bane potion was. Apparently it was the best full moon since his school days. And he had no new injuries, which is great. Though he was still very tired the following day. Professor Snape checked in, no doubt on Dumbledore's orders. As he didn't stay long after checking on us both. The rest of our day was uneventful.
