Ginny would steal Neville's sweaters that he would grow out of and give them to Amelia and Luna for birthday/Christmas gifts. She never told them where she got them. 

Neville never understood where his sweaters kept going and Luna would tell him that the Nargals stole them. 

This went on for three years!
