1: Sirius being abused at home and his mom telling him that all good prants do this because they want him to be raised right.

2: Sirius believes these bullshit lies and thinking that he is brave because of all the scars he has.

3: Sirius going to Hogwarts and thinking Remus must be really brave because of all his scars.

4: James finding out about Sirius being abused in first year and telling him that his parents are assholes.

5: Sirius practically babying Remus and makes sure he is ok thinking that one of his friends is being abused too.

6: Remus wondering what got into Sirius, but not complaining because he is getting more chocolates.

7: Sirius being happy that Remus isn't being abused but pissed at Grayback for biting his friend.

8: Sirius getting disowned and being both sad that he doesn't have a family anymore but happy that he wouldn't have to go back to his old home.

9: James finally having Sirius stay over at his house instead of going back to his parents.

10: McGonagall accidentally calling Sirius Sirius Potter then continues to call him that after seeing the smile on his face and telling the other teachers to do that as well.

11: Sirius finally being happy because he has a family that cares for him.
