I remember one of the first fanfictions I read here on Wattpad called someone's hair 'locks' now at that time it was the first time I had seen someone call hair locks so I thought: "Not very often you see people use locks, is it now?"
I also remember the author using the word 'orbs' to describe eyes. This was also the first time I had seen someone call eyes orbs so I thought "Orbs. That's unusual, very original of the author to use that."
No, me of the past. Orbs and locks are not original. Those words are used literally all. The. Darn. Time. In. Almost. Every. Single. Harry Potter. Fanfiction. Whhyyy? Can we please for once just call eyes, eyes and hair, hair? Please, I'm begging you!
