Mrs McGonagall called all of the quidditch volunteers.  Rosie ran to the great hall and all the kids lined up.  Only 10 for each house team and Rosie got to be on the ravenclaw team!  She got her uniform and went to practice.  The first few rounds her team lost but one round she was in the zone she caught the golden snitch and got 50 points by her self. Talk about the new basilisk was all over Hogwarts and Rosie got scared.  Rosie got warned about not to look into any pipe or sewer in all of Hogwarts because she could get paralyzed by the Hydra the big lizard in the Hall of Death whoever goes in never comes back.    But Rosie didn't  believe it she never had hear about the Hydra before not even in her father's stories.  Rosie went back to quidditch practice the next morning and forgot about the Hydra until Mrs McGonagall had a big announcement.
