You walk, how will they handle you can walk now

Harry

Harry was sat in the room of requirement since it was a long weekend, he'd done all his homework, since he found you, he had slowly become better with school doing his homework to spend more time with you and also set a good example for you, his bond with Sirius was growing and so was the bond with Remus he even felt slightly closer to his parents since his so-called aunt wouldn't tell him anything about his mother

You looked at harry and wanted to cuddle as he read, you were just in a cuddly mood so tried crawling but it was too far so decided to try and walk, you were holding a toy Sirius had gotten you luckily you were by something to hold onto which helped you get balance, once you had it you took a few steps holding onto it, soon you reached the end you looked at the distance contemplating do you let go and try or stay and wonder if he'll notice

You decided the first option you slowly and shakily took the first step, soon you made sounds to get Harry's attention when that didn't work you shouted "DADA!" this made harry jump a little, which made you giggle he looked at you eyes wide mouth even open in shock it was with the next step you wobbled and went to fall, but luckily Harry dove and caught you which made you giggle at it, he looked at you and said "she walked!?" it was a mix of wonder and shock but a hint of sadness, you were walking now growing up fast he didn't want that at all but knew he had to let you

Draco

Draco had you in the common room pansy and some of the others were playing with you keeping you entertained, one of them had you stood up you holding onto their hands and kind of bouncing giggling you loved the attention, yep you loved it especially from Draco Narcissa and Lucius

They had an idea to shuffle back with you to help you walk it worked you took a few steps then fell on your but giggling, pansy said "does it count as her first steps with help?" Theo said "I don't think so, I think it has to be on her own to count" Draco was doing a potions essay so was content with you being watched, he knew they wouldn't dare do anything also if they did a quick threat of his father hearing and they'd behave also a threat of telling Snape to didn't hurt

Once Draco finished his homework he took you out for some air to a quiet part of the castle grounds, it was a nice day and why be stuck in if it's nice he set you down with a blanket he sat by a tree watching you and you watched him, it somehow became a mini staring contest he just smiled which made you give a gummy smile, with a few teeth showing Draco looked down at something for a moment when he next looked up you were standing, he could only watch to shocked to move or do anything

You were wobbly taking a few steps you then tripped but fell into his lap he was about to catch you but didn't need to, you looked at him giggling and babbled as if to say look, look, daddy, I walked, I walked he picked you up and said "very well done (name), your grandfather and grandmother may get pouty knowing they missed this, but there's always a pensive to watch the memories back" he was so proud of you walking

Tom

You were being watched by a house-elf on Tom's orders while he did work, the elf was like a nanny you loved the elf's they helped you stand and said "let's show master tom what big girl you is little mistress" you giggled and squealed at the idea, the elf helped you just stand for a bit they wanted tom to be the first to see you walk alone

This little practice went on for a while whenever they watched you soon tom was spending time with you, he had some of his followers there namely Orion and Abraxas both had the same idea set their future sons up with you, tom knew their plan and saw no problem with it they shared his thoughts and it would do good both families were powerful in their own way, and a union between Slytherin and either the Blacks or Malfoy's would be good very good

You looked at the two who were trying to play with you but having very little luck you decided to surprise tom, you had both help you stand which caused both to praise you it was then you let go and made grabby hands for tom as you walked arms up, tom almost choked and spat his tea out you were walking you almost reached his leg, but went to fall forward tom luckily had quick reflexes and leaned forward catching you and said "well now my little snake, very Slytherin of you to have them help and a big girl by walking on your own without help" you giggled looking innocent

Orion said "did a baby just?" Abraxas said "yes a baby did just play us and use us, I do hope no hard feelings when she's married to my future son" Orion said "your future son? she's my future son's wife" this started them both on an argument on who you'd go with, you giggled at them arguing tom said "let's leave them to it my little snake" you nodded giggling

Remus

Remus was resting up after a full moon Lilly had watched you she said "I know you want Remus (name) but he's sleeping" you were pouting, in your mind if he's resting why couldn't you cuddle him he loves your cuddles, Lilly chuckled and got a picture of the pouty face and said "Remus will love this, James and Sirius came in you crawled to them babbling to complain, to say Lilly won't let me see my daddy tell her I can I want to give him hugs

Sirius picked you up and said "sorry pup but he's got to rest maybe later" you gave a how could you look, you babbled to say you are meant to be on my side and let me go next time you're asked to watch me I will make your life hell, you looked at James to say you to get ready for hell soon you'd found Remus room but couldn't quite get to part of it, so you stood up you'd gotten good at this and saw Remus your goal in sight you decided to try walking, Remus happened to look and see your first steps he quickly jumped out of bed to catch you he held you above his head, the thud was heard and so James Sirius and Lilly ran in to see you giggling clapping and Remus on the floor tangled in bedsheets Lilly took you while the boys helped him back in bed

Lilly said "what happened?" Remus still tired said "(name) walked" the next thing they knew you'd practically jumped from Lily's arms to Remus and snuggled him, you gave the three a look to say remove me I will scream cry make it so you don't sleep, James said "did she just?" Sirius said "basically jump to him, and now has a look to say try me no you're not wrong" Lilly said "she's wanted you but I know you need rest" Remus said "it's ok if it's just hugs, she can nap with me but can one of you?" Lilly said "of course change her and feed her" soon you were napping walking had tired you out

Sirius

Like Sirius you did nothing by half's and walking well you definitely wouldn't, you were at Remus today with Sirius James was off with Lilly so you had a day with Remus which you didn't mind, Remus read you stories and did other fun things Sirius said "Remus can you watch her for a few minutes, I've gotta go do something" he said "alright don't take too long" Sirius nodded and left leaving you with Remus

You didn't mind Remus decided to read you a story which you enjoyed the day went on like this Remus didn't mind this, he loved it and it meant he got to teach you things he was glad you weren't scared of him and Moony, Sirius had taught you there was good and bad werewolves like good and bad wizards

A few hours later you heard Sirius say "Remus (name) I'm back!" well before Remus could do anything you had gotten up and ran, yep ran to Sirius you had skipped the walking and went right to the running Remus was kind of in shock to speak, Sirius came running in carrying you and said "she walked! Remus, she walked!" Remus said "Sirius she didn't walk, she ran as soon as she heard your voice she got up and ran, she skipped walking" you looked at him innocently and giggled holding a wolf plushie giving a gummy smile, with one or two teeth showing Sirius just looked at you in shock

Severus

You were dressed in a bat onesie, yeah Narcissa had watched you at hers for a play date with Draco who was in a dragon onesie she then gave you and Draco a Sippy cup, yours happened to be a bat while Draco's a dragon you didn't mind but Severus would have other things to say about this look, Narcissa thought you looked cute

Draco had started walking recently you crawled around, Draco waddled around Narcissa said "I'm sure she'll be soon, some children walk faster but she's the right age to try" so for the next few hours with Draco's help they tried to help you at least stand, you had gotten the standing part down

A few hours later Severus came you saw and decided to show him what you'd done, you stood up and took a few steps and shouted "Dada!" Severus looked he had a mix of emotions, happy your walking and shock at what you're wearing and the bat Sippy cup your holding, well waving around you got to his leg and patted it to say hey praise me, I walked he picked you up still shocked you snuggled into him enjoying the hug, he was proud you walked but sad you were growing up so fast
