Your first birthday, also somethings won't be canon it'll have a few changes in them, I say this now so I don't have people saying it's not canon and things I'm changing things slightly in most scenarios to fit better with what I have planned, but I am trying as much to stay cannon to the story

Harry

Harry couldn't afford much but he was going to make sure your birthday was special, at the moment he was speaking to Remus about what to do for your birthday, Remus said "well Harry, babies don't really remember their first birthday it's more from 3rd or 4th onwards but you remember it" he said "I see, so if I did a party just a small one" Remus said "exactly" Harry said "um what happens at a party I never got one?"

Remus felt his heartbreak a little, his cub never really got a good birthday since being with the Dursley's he said "well how about I plan the party, but have you make final decisions on things" Harry said "please I don't know what to do, I saw Dudley have them but never what was in them much" Remus said "don't worry about that" he smiled you were playing in a travel cot, Remus would do all he could to protect you both he was helping Harry get his own place at the moment

Remus said "Harry have you told anyone else?" he said "no only you, Luna, Nevil, and Dobby know, I'm scared to say in case (name) is taken I don't want her to be, she might end up how I was" Remus said "I'll make sure that doesn't happen at all, but maybe tell Molly this way when at school she can watch her" Harry said "I'll think about it" Remus said "that's all you can do think, the final choice is down to you" he nodded Remus smiled you reached for Harry which he picked you up

Harry was looking around shops for a gift he looked both the magical and muggle side, he said "what do I get her? I want to get her something special for her first birthday and give her everything I never got, I won't be like my family no I'll be how my parents were" as he looked in a toy shop a worker said "hi do you need some help?" he looked and said "actually yeah, I need to find a gift for a first birthday a little girl" the worker said "ah I see, your cousin or baby sister?" Harry said "uh yeah"

They said "All alright, tell me what do they like I can help if I know something about them" he said "well" he thought and listed some things off you liked, they said "I see well from what you said I recommend these" they showed Harry somethings related to what he said like animals and other things, they showed him some stuffed animals and things he got you some of the things then went back to the magical side and got you some stuffed animals of magical creatures and educational things, Remus had told him having something like that will help you in school when you go

Once he had everything he went back to Remus place, he said "did you get everything you need Harry? and she's taking a nap" he said "yeah I did and used your advice and some things to help her learn" Remus said "that's good you can never start too early and it's more a game for her, I'm glad I could help I know I can't do much" Harry stopped him and said "no you've done more than enough, I'll let you give her some of the things I brought you're helping me a lot for advice and in school" Remus smiled and said "thanks Harry, can I see?" he nodded and showed Remus what he'd gotten you, Remus said "say the books and a stuffed animal or two are from me" Harry said "gladly, she loves wolfs and dogs" Remus smiled and said "I'm glad she does" Harry smiled

Just before your birthday he decided to tell Molly, he knew on the motherly side he couldn't do anything and needed advice on that so Molly was the best choice, she had 7 children and was the best person to talk to he had gone over and knocked on the door, Molly answered and said "oh Harry what a surprise! come in" he came in she said "now what can I do for you? Ron and the twins are out" Harry said "actually it's you I need to talk to" Molly was confused but sat with him and said "what about dear?"

Harry said "there's something I need your help and advice on, I haven't told Ron and I don't know how to tell him but please can you not say until I tell them, it's the same with Fred and George" Molly said "ok but first explain to me what it is, and well go from there" he nodded and explained about you and things, she gasped and said "oh my Harry, why didn't you come to me?" he said "I was scared she'd be taken away, and in a home, like I have and something in me tells me to protect her" Molly said "ok I understand, and I am happy to help you I still have old baby things how old are they?" he said "they'll be one this weekend"

Molly was surprised he'd done a year of this alone, she said "Harry who knows and who's helped?" he said "professor Lupin, Luna, Nevil, and Dobby they help, and I'm staying with professor lupin at the moment I want to get my own place" Molly said "alright, how about I come over on her birthday so I can meet her, I'll have Arthur come as well" Harry smiled and said "id like that"

Soon your birthday came and Harry well Remus had set up a simple birthday party for you, it was more like a picnic for you Remus said "did you talk to Molly?" Harry said "yeah, and she's happy to help" Dobby came in with you all dressed up in a lovely dress, Harry knew that dress had cost a little bit more but it was worth it for you as it was special and he'd keep it, soon there was a knock Dobby got it while Harry held you Dobby said "it's miss Luna and misters Nevil" Harry said "hey!" Nevil said "hi Harry!" Luna said "hello Harry, there's a lot of (a random creature that brings happiness) around" you giggled and squealed, you loved Luna and hearing about the magical creatures

Soon Molly and Arthur were there, Arthur, when he heard, was shocked at this but also felt proud of Harry and at how well he'd done, Molly said "oh my so this is (name)" Harry said "yeah, she might be shy" Arthur said "that's fine if she is, and Molly has filled me in so if we can help we will" Harry said "thanks and it would be maybe watching her while I'm at school" Arthur said "not at all Harry" he smiled Harry set you down you played with some toys, Nevil said "here Harry this plant helps babies and children sleep better, I thought it might help if (name) has a bad night" Harry said "thanks Nevil, that's really helpful" he smiled Molly said "I know it's not much Harry" she gave Harry a present for you he opened it to see a home-made cardigan and a blanket with your initial on' Harry said "thank you really she doesn't have anything like this"

You were a bit quiet around Molly and Arthur, but soon had warmed up to them and liked them you enjoyed everyone's gifts, Luna had made you a stuffed animal of one of the creatures she talked about, soon Remus brought your cake out and everyone sang happy birthday soon you were napping, Arthur said "Harry" he looked Arthur said "your doing good, being the age you are but like Molly said if you need help let us know be it to watch (name), or something in the ministry" Harry said "thanks I appreciate, I know you haven't gotten much but when you watch (name) I'll" Arthur stopped him and said "no Harry, use that money on her" he nodded, in the end, you loved your birthday, you were covered in your home-made blanket hugging the toy from Luna and the Niffler plushie and wolf toy from Harry and Remus

(ok a quick note in this, I'm making it so yes there is a light and dark side but this is more characters like Bellatrix are not in Azkaban and things also Sev is Draco's godfather and so on)

You were with Narcissa she was making a fuss of you and said "Draco what are you going to do for (names) first birthday?" he looked and said "is it important that one?" Narcissa said "yes" Draco said "so I have to throw her a party?" Narcissa said "yes you do, it doesn't have to be too big" Draco said "all right then, what about inviting aunt Bella and uncle Sev and some other people?" Narcissa said "all right then, I'll write to them" he nodded

You were now with Lucius, to say he spoiled you was one of those that was an understatement on the whole thing, any chance he got he spoiled you with something Narcissa at times had to scolded him on this and not to spoil you, Lucius said "now what do I get you for your birthday? it has to be something special, a Malfoy's first birthday is the first important event of their life after being born, blood or not you're a Malfoy and the first girl Malfoy, not married into the family" you just watched him go on and on

Soon Narcissa was taking you to get a birthday outfit for your party, she took you to a dressmaker in France, they said "ah lady Malfoy what can I do for you today?" Narcissa said "hello, I would like a dress for this little one here, it's their first birthday soon" the dressmaker said "ah say no more, I'll get some designs out I think you will like, ignore the colour I can change it to the one you like" Narcissa said "wonderful!" she sat down you looked around soon the dressmaker came out with some designs and she picked one, after a few hours the dressmaker said "wonderful, is there anything else you need?"

Narcissa shook her head and said "no it's just this dress, I came here for (name)" they said "all right, well I will have the dress made and sent to you have a wonderful day" Narcissa left with you she did some shopping, mainly your presents and spoiling you after she brought you back and soon it was your party it was at Malfoy manor, just family but still a big event Lucius had ordered the best cake for you, Draco said "um mother is this too much? she won't remember this" Narcissa said "it's not, why?" he said "take a look" she did and the decorations had changed, she said "your father must have changed them, and to think he was against being called grandfather or another name like that at first" Draco sighed

Soon everyone was there who had been invited and Draco brought you down, pansy said "oh my goodness! she's adorable" you held onto Draco, you were in the dress Narcissa had gotten you for your birthday, he passed you to some of the guests who made a fuss of you, you also had a lot of birthday gifts two tables full of gifts and most where from Lucius, the cake was brought out Draco said "there's no way we can eat all of this" Balise said "your dad is over the top" pansy nodded and said "no kidding, are you sure she's, not your sister?" Draco said "no, and I had no idea my father did this" Narcissa was telling Lucius off for such a large cake, Draco said "any of you want to take a tier of cake home?"

Tom

(like with Draco's things will be changed, in any scenario with tom it'll be the dark side is the good side and light the bad side, so it'll be like those stories where Dumbledore is the bad guy and such, I did this because I can get a bit more creative freedom and write tom in a better light of all he's done is for a better future, but I'll try to keep things as canon as I can for certain aspects)

Tom had moved into Slytherin manor with you, he had left that orphanage now not that they cared if he ever came back, he was preparing for your birthday this was an important day to him he'd have a party with all of his followers attending and any of there children if they had any, or nieces nephews cousins so you would hopefully have someone your own age to play with, at the moment you where napping he said "Nabby!" the house-elf appeared and said "what can Nabby do for master?" tom said "I want you and the other elf's to set a party up for my daughters first birthday" Nabby said "yes, Nabby will do that" they went

You soon woke up, tom picked you up and said "let's get you a new dress for your party" you held onto his suit, he left to find you a nice dress this was going to be a big event for you, a few select death eaters had met you but not all death eaters, it was mainly his inner circle he went to the best dress shop in London when he went in the worker said "oh lord Slytherin! what can I do for you?" tom said "my daughters first birthday is coming up, and she needs a dress for her party"

The worker said "follow me through to the back where we can talk in private, and find you a dress that's to your standard, if not I will personally make you one" he nodded and was soon sat down, the worker was bending over backwards to please tom as if they did it meant that tom would be back and as you grew you'd use their shop, having a descendant of one of the founders of Hogwarts as a customer to would do there business a huge boost and bragging rights to, you were busy playing with a toy

Tom said "some are nice, I will get them for my daughter but none I can say are the one for her first birthday" the worker said "I see, Lord Slytherin if you please tell me what it is you envision for her to wear, I can do my best to find it or have one of the other staff look to see if they can find it, if not I will design it and have it made and sent to your manor" tom nodded and told them about the dress he wanted, the worker said "one moment, I will just see if we have a dress like that in stock" they went to check soon they came back and said "I can't find one exactly like it, but this is the closest I can get"

Tom looked and said "that will do" the worker said "wonderful!" he paid for it and went home, you were fast asleep when he got back to the manor he put you down for your nap, as you napped he did some work and also sort your party out, he also had school work to do but that was very easy for him to get done and not worry about it at all

A few days later it was your birthday party, the ballroom of the manor had been set up perfectly for it, tom was pleased with what they'd done he was going to make it so you and all future magical children are safe from what Dumbledore was doing, and wouldn't lose their magical heritage by becoming more muggle like, he'd seen they can be vicious and with guns and such he didn't want that for you noway

He was soon greeting guests as he was a house-elf was dressing you in your new dress, soon all the guests were there and tom got you bringing you down, everyone clapped you went shy hiding in toms chest which he chuckled, his followers would come up and wish you a happy birthday some important lords and ladies had been invited as well, ones that wouldn't let anyone know of your existence yet which is what tom wanted he wanted you a secret for your protection, soon tom was giving you a little snake it was one of Nagini's it was a baby and it slithered to you and flicked its tongue on your nose, which made you giggle it then sat on your head to say this is my human, you go through me to get to her, the thing was the snake was tiny about the length of toms little finger

Remus

Remus was worried about your birthday, he wanted to give you the best birthday but being what he is and not having much money Sirius said "hey Remus what's up?" he looked and said "nothing" Sirius said "no it's not nothing, so tell" Remus sighed and said "it's (names) birthday soon, and I want to give her a good birthday but I don't have much, and I'm scared my time of the month will be close to her birthday" Sirius said "well if it is we celebrate just before or after, and she won't care she's a baby and just cares your there"

Remus said "but" Sirius said "it'll be ok" he sighed after Sirius told James about this who planned to throw a party that Remus would want for you, after all, you were his and Sirius godchild/niece and if they couldn't spoil you then who could they, so they started to plan Remus was talking to Lilly about it, she said "Sirius is right on that part Remus, but I know a great muggle shop that is not too expensive and you'd be able to get somethings for her from there, how about we go now" he said "alright Lilly and thanks" she smiled and said "it's no trouble"

She was actually in on the plan Sirius and James had, she took you and Remus to a muggle town near her place and showed him around and the shop, a guy working there said "hi can I help you two?" Lilly said "yes, we need to see some things for a baby who's 1, and for birthday gifts for them" he said "I take it it's the little girl there?" Remus nodded the guy showed them to the section for one-year-olds and left, Lilly said "everything here is cheap and good quality, a friend of my mothers got a carrier bag full of designer stuff from here" Remus said "really?" Lilly said "yeah, if I remember right my mother said they paid less than £10 for it all" Remus was shocked at this

After shopping you had a full wardrobe to do you until you were 2 years old, for all seasons and a party outfit and such Lilly paid for it all saying it's her birthday gift to you, Remus knew he couldn't stop her they soon got back Lilly said "why don't you change her into something you got, so you can show James and Sirius" he said "ok" he took you to change, as he did Lilly checked on them Sirius said "is he back?" Lilly nodded James said "we've just finished"

Soon Remus came down with you changed you squealed seeing James and Sirius, they were fun to you they took you and made a fuss of you and such, Remus saw what they'd done and said "you two did this?" James said "of course since it's today and we know you want to give her an amazing party, Lilly said about a simple one" she said "I know you like it simple Remus, and it's perfect for a first birthday" he smiled and nodded and felt so lucky to have friends like this the birthday cake, of course, was chocolate

Sirius

Sirius had been planning for close to a year for this, it had to be perfect for his princess, yep he was one of those it's got to be perfect fathers for my child at the moment he was at James and Lilly's place, Remus said "you do realize he's been planning this for a year almost" James said "he hasn't, has he?" Remus said "he has, he's already planning all the quidditch games he'll go to with her, whos to say she'll like it" he said "true, but he can try" Remus sighed

Lilly was playing with you which made you giggle, Remus said "he's also said when will we have kids so (name) has a playmate" James choked and said "bloody hell! he hasn't?" Remus said "oh he has James, he has" Lilly adored you, Sirius came in and said "hey!" James said "hey, so (names) birthday the plan?" he said "so glad you asked James" he sat down and told them the plan, which was basically their little group and Lilly at his, Remus said "basically like now" Sirius said "kind of" James said "or have it here in the garden" Sirius said "thanks, James!" James said "it'll be easier" he nodded

Soon your birthday had arrived, Sirius dressed in a new birthday outfit which was Gryffindor colours, it couldn't be helped it was out of your control, with it he brought you in Lilly said "awe she looks so adorable!" he put you down on a blanket, Lilly had baked your birthday cake Remus soon came over, he had a small gift for you everyone spoiled you and made sure you enjoyed today which you did

Severus was at his mother's, she said "Severus are you doing a party for (names) first birthday?" he said "I'm not doing a party per se, more inviting Narcissa and Draco over to celebrate" she said "that's better, it's still special the babies can have some cake and just have fun" he nodded and said "yes, it's better that way besides she won't realise what is happening that day"

Soon Severus was looking at cake designs to have his mother make, he soon found a simple one that wasn't too much and would be nice for your first birthday, he then wrote to Narcissa inviting her and Draco over for a birthday lunch, he knew Lucius would come but he was at work that day, next was your gift he wanted something special for you as it was your first birthday and he wanted something special that you'd remember it by, while he shopped his mother watched you

He looked around both the muggle and magical side to find a gift for you soon he found a gift for you an educational one that helps you learn shapes but in a cauldron shape, he found it appropriate and got it soon it was your birthday Severus had dressed you up in a nice dress that Narcissa sent ahead for you soon he brought you down just as Narcissa and Draco arrived, she said "my doesn't someone look pretty" Severus said "how are Narcissa?" she said "I'm wonderful, how is this little lady?" Severus said "she's good" they set you and Draco down to play while they talked, soon your cake was brought out after cake you and Draco played with your toys which one was off Severus
