Halloween is usually a fun time, a time for fun pranks, dressing up and sweets from trick or treating, but for one family and a young boy, it was a day that has changed forever. Bellatrix Lestrange was sat at home with her husband and brother in law, waiting for her sister, her brother in law and nephew to come to celebrate her nephews first Halloween, and maybe take him to the nearby muggle town to go trick or treating.

"Bella is everything ok?" her husband asked, Bellatrix looked and said, "I don't know, something is telling me Cissy is in danger, her Lucius and Draco but I can't contact them since their home is under that charm" he nodded understanding. "I'm sure she's fine, you've been so worried since they had to go into hiding" she nodded and said "I know, I wish they didn't have to and could use Malfoy manor, but that would be the first place that crazy woman would go to look for Draco, at least they're safe in that place hidden" she took a sip of her tea. it was then a house-elf popped in saying "mistress you have guests" she looked getting up and leaving without a word, rushing hoping to every being in the universe it was her sister.

Her husband and brother in law followed shortly after hot on her heels, when Bellatrix got to the entrance hall, she saw her old headmaster and teacher, who it was no secret she had a crush on while at school. she said "wh-what's going on? where's Narcissa Lucius and Draco?" the two men seemed to be having a silent conversation. the older of the two was the headmaster of Hogwarts, his heterochromia eyes glanced at the younger man next to him, the deputy headmaster who Bellatrix while at school had a crush on and said "Bellatrix it seems she found them"

Bellatrix breath caught in her throat, her husband and brother in law came over she nodded to say continue. "And well Lucius and Narcissa fought with everything they had, but someone told her their location sadly" Bellatrix gasped. her worse fears came she had tears in her eyes, her husband Rodolphus put his arm around his wife his brother Rabastan said "did anyone survive?" the headmaster Grindelwald nodded, and said "yes luckily young Draco did survive" Bellatrix head shot towards them and said, "where is where's Draco?" "I've had Hagrid bring him, so if her followers are watching they won't suspect he should be here soon, I've told him to take the long way so we can come here and tell you" she nodded so relieved that her nephew was ok and safe she couldn't lose him.

Grindelwald said "Bellatrix, we have some important things to discuss mainly about Draco but we can wait until he comes, I know you won't listen until you have him" she nodded. the deputy headmaster tom said "that's best, you know Bellatrix when she's focused, she won't listen to anything else said" Bellatrix called for a house-elf who appeared. she said "Lospy can you make Draco's room for him; he'll be staying here and ask another elf to get us some tea and firewhisky" Lospy the elf nodded and popped away. they went into the living room to wait, the wait seemed like it took an eternity and a day but soon Lospy came in and said "big man here, with little master Draco" Rodolphus said "let him in" Lospy nodded leaving, and soon Hagrid walked in with a sleeping Draco wrapped in a green blanket. Bellatrix rushed over and took him hugging him tightly but not enough to crush him, crying she was helped to her seat again.

Grindelwald said "now that everyone is here let's talk" "I can go if ya want," Hagrid told them. tom said "it's ok Hagrid, you can stay" he nodded sitting down "he's staying with me," Bellatrix told them. no way was she letting her nephew go tom said "that's no problem, but myself and headmaster Grindelwald were discussing this, and we both think it's better for Draco to be raised outside the wizarding world, if raised in our world he won't have a chance at a childhood like others his age people will want to be friends for him being the boy who lived" Grindelwald nodded "yes, so we want you to consider moving to a quiet muggle village or anywhere else in the muggle side of England to raise him, we don't want him to become arrogant or anything we know what happens" tom nodded and said "one-word potter"

It was no secret that he didn't like James potter, the man to tom was too arrogant and such, he didn't want that for Draco. Rabastan nodded and said "oh I get it, I mean take what he and his little group of friends did to Severus and other Slytherin," Bellatrix said "there is no way in hell I am allowing my nephew to be like that man! and I think it will be a good idea, but we should go to the bank see about their wills," Tom said "a good idea," Rabastan said "Bellatrix, we should still tell Draco about our world to prepare him for when he gets his Hogwarts letter" she nodded and said "yes your right for that" Grindelwald nodded "yes, let him know about magic but just that he can't come here just yet" the adults agreed and had a plan. after a few more words and getting a basic plan on what to do next they left leaving the small family of 4 alone, Rodolphus was the first to speak "if we use any Malfoy, black or Lestrange properties in England they will likely know, the papers or her followers so maybe we should buy a new place" Bellatrix and Rabastan nodded, but they'd find somewhere tomorrow to live until Draco was 11.

The next day they met at the bank Bellatrix had Draco with her so they wouldn't get swamped by people, they cast a glamour on themselves and one on the blanket Draco was in so he wouldn't be recognised. tom and Geralt were waiting at the bank for them, once inside they were shown to a private room at the back the goblin came in and said "I will commence with the will readings" they sat down and picked one of them up and read it aloud. "I Lucius Malfoy being of sound mind and body leave my family heirlooms to my son Draco Lucius Malfoy, I leave my other possessions to my wife Narcissa to give out as she sees fit, should she pass before me I leave them to my sister-in-law Bellatrix her husband and brother-in-law, old photos from my time at school I leave between Severus Snape and regulus black" that was the end of Lucius will. the goblin opened the next one and read it aloud "I Narcissa Malfoy nee black am of sound mind and sound body, I leave a trust vault to Draco for his school a set amount is to be put in each month and continue until he leaves school, to my sisters Bella I leave you my jewellery and such you'll make use of them, to Andromeda I leave my old pictures and such to Lucius anything else, but if he passes before me then I leave everything else to Draco, also should both of us pass while our son Draco is still a minor he is to be placed with my sister Bellatrix if she can't take him then my other sister Andromeda if she can't Severus Snape or regulus black"

Bellatrix silently cried tom said, "seems your legally his guardian" she nodded. the goblin cleared their throat "I am sorry to interrupt but you have some papers to sign to claim what you have been given, the others will be contracted" they nodded signing the papers Rodolphus said "ill sort out the paperwork out to say where Draco's legal guardian and magical guardian" Bellatrix nodded. wanting to just give Draco everything he needed after the bank the small family left to view some properties, they wanted somewhere quiet and somewhere they could let Draco be happy it took a few weeks but they soon found the perfect place. it was a large house in a quiet muggle town where they could relax and not worry, and soon their new life began no one, not the headmaster not tom or the small family of 4 had any idea about what would happen in 9 almost 10 years' time.
