Day's POV (still)

Ty: Day and Dark sitting in a tree k.i.s.s.i.n.g" .

Dark smacked Ty across the face.

Dark: Ty shut up, we just meet each other but you have pushed my buttons a little. sorry for smacking you".

Ty: it's fine just don't make it a habit for hitting me "

??: is everyone ok in here?"

Ty: besides being smacked we are ok I think"

??: oh.. my name is Emily and you three?"

: Day"

Dark: Dark"

Ty: Ty"

Emily: we made to make a repair stop that's why the train came to a sudden stop.... wait did you say Day... As in Day Malfoy!?!"

: yes....... I'm"

Emily: COUSIN *hugs Day* "

I started to cry, I have not seen my cousin in six years. I hugged her back.

Dark: I'm missing something?"

Emily: oh sorry Day and I are cousin on her father side, the Malfoy side .. wait you two didn't know she was a Malfoy"

Ty: no we didn't know she was one".

I felt weak again. I passed out in my cousin's arms.

Dark's POV

Emily: Day!?"

I knelt down. Emily was freaking out. her eyes were showing fear and sadness.

Emily: DAY PLEASE ANSWER ME... PLEASE!!"

Ty ran out of the cart and went looking for a worker or a teacher. I tried to stay calm but my heart broke into thousands of pieces seeing one of my friends sick or worst hurt. Ty ran back with a teacher and she was wearing nurse clothes and had a worried look on her face.

Pomfrey: what happened to her?".

Emily: my cousin passed out"

Pomfrey: oh my.. we need to take her to the school but we are five miles out... maybe I can a look at her here"

: please help her"

Pomfrey: I will, are you a friend of her's?"

: yes, I'm... Dark, her cousin Emily and the one who got you is Ty"

Pomfrey: was this happened before?"

: yes at Ollivander's wand shop"

Pomfrey: oh my dear... * she placed a hand on Day's forehead* this is not good"

Emily: WHAT!? ITS HAPPENED BEFORE!?!?

Pomfrey: she is too weak and the spell wore off ... she needs to be taken to the school. ASAP"

no Day, please... Day!!.

Pomfrey: I can use another spell on here until we get to the school ".

Emily: please do".

Pomfrey did the spell that my mother did on Day.

: Emily back at Diagon Alley she passed out and my mom teleported her to my house ... please get mad at me but I had Day in my arms"

Emily: I 'm not mad at you, I 'm mad at whoever did this to my cousin"

Day: what happened?"

: Day... you passed again ...Ty found one of the teachers here on the train"

Pomfrey handed Day a box.. my anger was slowly going down I moved Day's hair out of her face. her eyes were light blue like the ocean. my heart was racing what I'm feeling towards Day?

The train started to move again, we got into our robes. Day was having trouble putting on a necklace.

: do you need help?"

Day: yes"

I walked over to her and lightly moved her hair. I put the necklace on her neck and I heard someone whispering.

Day; thank you, grandma"

I walked around Day and saw her crying. I pulled her into a hug. Emily saw me hugging Day and I could tell she was happy and planning something.

: it's ok. May I ask what happened to her?".

Day: she was killed when I was only 7... an evil wizard, It happened on my 7th birthday, Emily was not close to her like I was "

I started to stroke her hair. we finally made it to Hogwarts I can't let them get hurt because of my past.

??: my child you know I can help you protect the one you choose"

: father please, if anyone found out about I'm your son... Things would be worst".

??: my son you have to trust me".

We got off the train and Day saw a giant.

Day: Hagrid!"

Hagrid: Miss Lovegood its good to see you in person. I see you meet young Dark"

Day: yes I have, he is super nice"

Hagrid: I have been sending letters to him too, he is super shy in his letters"

Hagrid is right I'm shy in my letters. my father is a great man but I write like him. we make it to Hogwarts's grand hall. I looked up at the magical celling.

Professor McGonagall: welcome First Years to Hogwarts and you may have heard the Sorting Hat has been tampered with so you will be pleased to know only one house with two houses but the first house the Sorting Hat says we'll be the house table you sit at"

Hagrid: who would do such a thing to the Sorting Hat the hat is a harmless creature"

Professor McGonagall: I don't know Hagrid all I can do is place the first years and their houses and since Headmaster Dumbledore is out at the minute I will be taking control until he returns".

Day's POV

I want to be in the same house is dark,

McGonagall: when I say your name please come up... Emily Malfoy"

Emily went up and sat down on the stool.

Sorting Hat: Malfoy. I know where to put you Slytherin and Ravenclaw!"

Emily went over to the Slytherin table. My heart was racing, what if I'm not in the same house as Dark!?.

McGonagall: Ty Weasly!"

Ty went up and sat down.

Sorting Hat: oh a weasly boy... Gryffindor and Hugglepuff".

We were in our houses. I was in Gryffindor and Slytherin while Dark was on Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. I did not want to leave his side at all. I looked down at my plate.

Ty: oi you ok mate?"

: not hungry"

Dark: Day, please eat. I want you to be safe here... How about over the holidays you came and stay with me and my family"

: really? Your family will be ok with it?".

Dark: yea they would, I will ask them tonight"

There a warm feeling in my chest from his words. I smiled and saw Ty place some chicken on my plate, my stomach growled at the sight.
