       Arthur held Percy close as they apperated. He felt like they failed they all did. It was only a matter of seconds before they arrived outside number 12 Grimmauld Place. Arthur shifted Percy so he was on his hip. Tears were still flowing down the child's face. Percy whimpered slightly from the movement. Arthur was surprised that Percy didn't wake up after apperating, but was grateful he didn't. The boy obliviously exhausted. "The boy most be heavy Arthur, I can carry him." Lupin offered. "He is actually quite light, Molly will want him to fatten up." Arthur answered "She wants to fatten us all up." Lupin Joked.  As they walk into the black manner, Arthur realized that the child wieghted almost nothing. If he hadn't been the one to pick him up he would have though someone put a charm on Percy. Lupin held the door for Arthur as they join Alburs and Mad eye inside. 

          They all walked into the kitchen, which had become some what of a meeting room for the order. It was pretty late, but Molly Weasly, Sirius Black, Kingsley Shackebolt, Nymphadora Tonks and Severus Snape were sitting around the long table. Dumbledore was the first to enter the room. Upon his entrance the members around the table stood up. "Where are they?" Sirius asked. "You got to them in time?" Snape asked.  Dumbledore said nothing only shaking his head and plopped down tiredly in a chair. Mad-eye followed Dumbledore example and plopped in a chair. "We are going to have to call a full meeting, Dumbledore." Mad-eye stated. "Tomorrow, it's too late to call everyone tonight. " "What about the child?" Molly asked. Just then Arthur walked in with Percy in his arms. Lupin was behind them making sure that Aruthur didn't hit the boys head on the doors or walls. "Orphaned I'm afraid"  The atmosphere in the room drooped. They had failed it was like James and Lilly's' deaths allover again. Snape had tears in his eyes. His mask braking. He had felt that this was his spot to redeem himself, but history just repeated it self. Molly was sobbing into Lupin. Everyone stopped when a heart breaking sob was heard though out the room. Everyone looked around the room. looking at each others tear stained faces.  Another sob came and it sounded almost like a scream. Everyone turn toward Arthur who was holding the child. "Poor dear, We should get him up to bed." Molly stated her tears still flowing down her face. "Severus, I believe the boy will need a sleeping drought . He as witnessed far to much tonight. " Dumbledore asked sadley. Snape left and return moments latter with a couple of identical vials. He handed them to Molly. "only one vial a night, I grabbed a couple. I doubt he will be able to sleep on his own for a while." Snape advised.  Arthur was gentaly rocking Percy as he bounced form leg to leg. Percy was awake and sobbing. "Lets, get him to bed." Aruther said. As Molly and him left with Percy. 

            "What will happen to him?" Tonks asked. "That's the question." Kingsley answered. "He is an American under-aged wizard. This is going to be one hell of a mess with the Ministry."  He continued. "That's why I sent for you, He has no known relatives in the US." Dumbledore responded. "But, his only know relatives is that snake Malfoy."  Sirius spat. "Malfoy is diffidently going to take this to court." Mad-eye stated. "If he wins we are basically handing him over to you-know-who." "What about me." everyone turned toward Tonks. "What about you?" Lupin asked. "Well, My Mom is Sirius Aunt. She has just as munch claim to Perseus as Malfoy does. I could or better yet She could adopt him." Dumbledore smiled.  Sirius didn't look so convinced. " The Ministry won't give you a child. Plus, your mother hates getting into war." "I don't see why not. I am perffectly capable of taking care of him. Plus my Mother wouldn't let a child be handed over to you-know- who. She may not like fighting, but she is a healer and dosn't like leaving people behind." Tonk shouted back and Sirius. " I think what Sirius is trying to say is that the Ministry won't give a child to a young Aruor. You are gone to munch and the chances are higher for you to die. I feel that we should convince you mother to take him in. He will be happy there." Lupin stated trying to ease the tension in the room.  "I pretty sure I can convince her." Tonk responded. "Even if she did. The Malfoys have the Ministry wrapped around their fingers." Sirius stated. Mad-eye look to Dumbledore, whose face was hard with concentration. " It's not the Ministry desiccation. It would be the american ministry." Everyone turned toward Mad-eye. They finely had hope. "I have to go with the prime minster to america tomorrow. I will stop at the American Ministry and talk  with them."Kingsley offered. Dumbledore nodded with him. "And I will go talk to my mother." Tonks stated. "I will go with you. I was there I came explain the full situation to her." Lupin offered. "I feel that, that would be for the best." Dumbledore responded. Tonks and Lupin Left. Arthur and Molly walked in. "How is he?" Dumbledore asked. "It took a lot to get him settled down, just to take the potion. He is asleep now." Arthur answered. " I put in a room by himself. The room next to Arthur and I. I hope that's alright Sirius?" Molly asked. Sirius nodded "Yeah that's fine." he answered. Everyone started to leave. Sirius turned to Arthur "Did he see them get killed, Arthur?" Arthur looked at Sirius. "Yeah, he did. His mother died in his arms Sirius. I really want this war to end. How can the death eaters justify this?" Sirius looked at  Arthur " I have been asking that question for fifth teen years."
