Oh yes. We are talking about James Sirius Potter, not Harry Potter's older sister or Prong's sibling.

No.

Today we are talking about James Sirius. And the fact that he is waaaayyyy too underrated.

I mean yeah I get it that the Cursed Child was all about Scorpius and Albus, and I do not have any problem with both of them. But can we just pause and notice how much neglected James Sirius is by the whole fandom?

I don't get it. I siriusly don't get it. Siriusly.

With someone having a name like that, how dare the whole fandom ignore him. Don't you see it's JAMES SIRIUS POTTER, a person who adorns the names of both of the biggest pranksters Hogwarts had ever seen, two of the leading Marauders, two daredevils and yet no one gives a flying crap about poor dear James Sirius.

If you ever search any of the next generation fanfics, all you will find there is Albus, Scorpius, Dramione (unfortunately) and even Delphi. (Somebody just send her to hell already, please).

I mean, where is James Sirius in these fanfics? Nowhere. Same is the case with Lily Luna but I think James was much more neglected. Yeah, we get it that he lived up to his name but can we not have a proper description of James Sirius's life and his time at Hogwarts?

That would make such a masterpiece of a fanfiction with James living up to his name and reflecting the Marauders in his personality and habits.

I'd love to see McGonagall's reaction on James's sorting. I'd love to see Filch confessing that his end is drawing near, I'd love to see Madam Rosmerta recalling how much he is like both the marauders after whom he was named (presumably with tears in her eyes), I'd love to see all the antics he would create at school and all the stunts he would pull off.

And Quidditch. Definitely Quidditch.

James Potter I himself was pretty underrated by the whole HP fandom due to the silly reason of him being a bully. And its not fair that his grandson should suffer the same treatment.

NOT FAIR AT ALL.

So all I am trying to say here is that do give some love and attention to this character. Of course all of you love Albus and Scorpius to bits but it wouldn't do any harm to write about James Sirius too, y'know.
