Anders was hanging out in the kitchen on purpose. He wasn't missing the show. He didn't say a word when people started to surface by mid afternoon.

Charlie and Zane were wrapped together walking down the stairs. They were whispering quietly. Anders shook his head. His friend was so cute.

Krista and Harper wanted to hunt together and have some girl time and they walked in. Harper wrapped around Anders and sighed. Lee was on the couch listening to music. Krista sat beside him.

"Uh, where is Eve?" Harper was worried. "Did she leave already?" He hoped not. "Surely, she would say goodbye first." They were supposed to go together.

"No. She is downstairs." Anders smiled at Hale and Hale chuckled. He wasn't leaving yet. "Jack is out running errands and I gave him money for groceries."

"Where's Rick?" Charlie asked as he realized that Rick wasn't in the room. "He was on the couch?" He handed a bowl of cereal to Zane. He was ready to feed it to him.

Anders just laughed. "He was." He heard footsteps.

Eve was first and she looked wide awake. Rick followed her. Eve warned him as they were getting dressed that everyone was upstairs. Rick was looking for a window to escape. Eve laughed.

"Good morning." Eve smiled and cleared her throat.

Rick turned red and shook his head. "Anders, do you have a shirt I can borrow?"

Anders was having fun with this. "What, uh, what happened to your shirt?" He smiled. Rick was shirtless and Anders laughed.

Rick glared at his brother. "It didn't make it." He looked down.

Eve covered her mouth to hide the laugh and it didn't work. "Fine. I ripped it off him and he needs one!"

Harper gasped. "What? Are you saying that you...? With him?" Harper stared at his mom. Eve never did anything like that.

Rick hated everyone. "So, a shirt?" Anders laughed and walked up the stairs. Charlie smiled at Rick. "Shut up, Dick!" He glared at Charlie. Rick always vowed that he would never have relations with a vampire. He failed.

"Did you fail?" Charlie had to ask.

Anders was back with a shirt. Rick put it on and sighed. "So badly!"

"It happens to the best of us, Rick." Zane added. He knew the feeling, as he ate cereal that his vampire made for him. He was starving and ate it happily.

"What happened to no vampires?" Anders wasn't done teasing his brother.

Eve looked at Rick. "Really? Never?"

Rick shook his head and tried not to turn red. He failed. "I hate all of you!"

"Well, it was fantastic! We should.." Eve grabbed Rick and pulled him to the stairs and the shirt he just put on, flew up to the top step. They heard Rick laugh.

Harper just laughed and walked outside. He sat on the patio with his man. It was pretty out here. He was happy now. His mom was alive and well and she was being loved properly. Harper just smiled as the sun set.
