chapter Three

A few days later, Jungkook made good on his promise. We met at a café downtown, a different one from my usual spot with Namjoon. When I walked in, Jungkook was already there, chatting with two other men. He waved me over, a bright smile on his face.

Pulling a seat out,he motioned for me to sit down next to him.

“Ava, this is Yoongi and Hoseok,” Jungkook introduced them.

“Guys, this is Ava.” he said

Yoongi, a man with sharp features and an intense gaze, nodded at me.

“Nice to meet you, Ava.” he said. I noticed that he had pale white skin and looked kind of scary.

Hoseok, on the other hand, broke into a wide grin.

“Hey! Welcome to the group!” he yelled, making me laugh

We spent the next couple of hours talking and laughing. Yoongi was quiet but incredibly perceptive, and Hoseok was a burst of energy, always cracking jokes and lightening the mood. They both had a way of making me feel comfortable and included, like I was part of their inner circle.

As the days turned into weeks, I found myself spending more and more time with Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hoseok. It was amazing how easily they accepted me into their lives.

Meeting Yoongi was like finding a kindred spirit. He was quiet and reserved, but his insights were always profound. We often found ourselves in deep conversations about life, our dreams, and our fears. There was something incredibly soothing about being around him.

I had been splitting my time between the four bousy, I had expected that one of them would be angry, but all I got was a small smile, reassuring me that all was good.

One night, after a particularly intense study session, Yoongi invited me to his apartment.

“I want to show you something,” he said, a hint of excitement in his voice.

"Okay, and what might that be? " I asked

"Come to my apartment and find out. Trust me, you're safe with me" He said, making me nod. If anything I knew that the four blus would never hurt me

We arrived at his place, a small but cozy apartment filled with books and musical instruments. Yoongi led me to a room where a piano stood against the wall.

“I wrote a piece inspired by our conversations,” he said, sitting down at the piano. “I’d like you to hear it.”

As he played, the music filled the room, a beautiful melody that seemed to capture the essence of our friendship. It was haunting and beautiful, a reflection of the deep connection we had formed.

When he finished, I felt tears in my eyes.

“Yoongi, that was incredible. Thank you for sharing it with me.” I said as I wiped my eyes with a tissue he handed me

He smiled, a rare and genuine gummy smile.

“I’m glad you liked it, Ava. It means a lot to me.” he said

"Their are things that I feel all three of you are hiding" I said as I sat down next to him on the sofa

"Just trust us Ava, all shall be revealed with time" He said

Our bond grew stronger with each passing day. Yoongi’s quiet strength and depth of understanding were a source of comfort for me. He became someone I could rely on, someone who understood me in a way few people did.

Hoseok, on the other hand, brought a different kind of energy into my life. He was always cheerful and optimistic, a burst of sunshine that brightened even the darkest days. His laughter was infectious, and he had a way of making everyone around him feel happy and at ease.

We often spent time together, dancing and laughing, his energy lifting my spirits. One afternoon, Hoseok invited me to join him for a dance class he was teaching. I was hesitant at first, but his enthusiasm was contagious.

“Come on, Ava!” he urged, his eyes sparkling with excitement. “It’ll be fun, I promise.”

I couldn’t resist his charm and agreed to join. The class was filled with people of all ages and skill levels, but Hoseok’s charisma and encouragement made everyone feel confident and capable. He moved with such grace and passion that it was impossible not to be inspired.

After the class, as we were cooling down, Hoseok turned to me with a grin. “See? I told you it’d be fun.”

I laughed, feeling exhilarated and grateful.

“You were right, Hoseok. That was amazing. Thank you for inviting me.”

He beamed, his smile lighting up the room.

“Anytime, Ava. You’re a natural, you know.”

We started attending dance classes regularly, and I found myself looking forward to those sessions as much as my study sessions with Jungkook, Yoongi and Namjoon. Hoseok’s vibrant energy and positive outlook on life were infectious, making every moment with him feel like a celebration.

As the weeks went by, my friendships with Namjoon, Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hoseok deepened. They each brought something unique into my life, creating a rich tapestry of experiences and emotions

I had I troduced Namjoon to the boys, only for them to tell me that all four of them were already acquainted. Suprised, I had asked them how they knew each other, only to be told the same sentence

"Have patience, all will be reversed with time"
