Chapter Thirteen
The decision to move to Korea had been weighing heavily on my mind, a blend of excitement and trepidation stirring within me. After much reflection, I realized that this opportunity aligned perfectly with my dreams of becoming a housewife and building a nurturing home with the seven men who had become my family. Their support had been unwavering, and their excitement about the move made me feel certain this was the right step for us.
One crisp autumn evening, we gathered for a small celebration at Seokjin’s restaurant. The warm, cozy atmosphere of the place was the perfect setting for marking this new chapter in our lives. The boys had been planning this get-together to discuss the details of our move and to enjoy one last evening together in familiar surroundings.
The restaurant was bustling with laughter and good cheer. Seokjin had outdone himself with a spread of delicious dishes, and the air was filled with the aroma of our favorite foods. We settled into a secluded corner, where the mood was light and intimate.
"So, Ava,” Namjoon began, his eyes twinkling with mischief, “now that you’ve decided to move to Korea with us, we have to get serious about our plans. How do you feel about diving into a whole new adventure?”
I looked around at the beaming faces of the boys and felt a surge of warmth. “Honestly, I’m excited. It’s a big change, but I’m looking forward to it. I want to be with all of you and support our life together.”
Jungkook, ever the playful one, leaned back with a grin. “You know, I’m going to miss having you around here. But I’m also looking forward to seeing how you adjust to living with us. It’s going to be quite the experience"
laughed, feeling the camaraderie and affection between us. “I’m sure it will be. I’ve been thinking about how we’ll make it work, and I’m confident we can handle anything together.”
As the night went on, the conversation turned more personal and intimate. We talked about our plans for the move, the new home in Korea, and how we would balance our busy schedules with our relationship. The atmosphere was charged with excitement and a touch of flirtation.
As the night wore on, I found myself wanting to have a more personal conversation with Jimin. He had been a constant source of support and affection, and I wanted to express my feelings more intimately.
I waited until the restaurant was quieter and then gently pulled Jimin aside. “Can we talk for a minute? I’d like to have a word with you.”
He looked at me with a warm smile and nodded. “Of course. Let’s find somewhere a bit more private.”
We made our way to a small, secluded lounge area in the restaurant. The dim lighting created a cozy, intimate atmosphere, perfect for a heartfelt conversation. Jimin took my hand, his touch gentle and reassuring.
“I’m really glad you’ve decided to move to Korea,” he began, his voice soft. “It means a lot to me that you’re willing to take this step with us.”
“I’m glad too,” I replied, squeezing his hand. “It feels right. I’ve been thinking a lot about my future and what I want, and this move aligns with my dreams. I want to be with you all and support our life together.”
Jimin’s eyes sparkled with affection. “You have no idea how much this means to us. I’ve been looking forward to building a life together, and now it feels like it’s really happening.”
We continued talking, sharing our hopes and dreams for the future. The conversation was deeply personal, and the connection between us grew stronger with each word. As we spoke, I felt a powerful sense of intimacy and affection.
Jimin leaned in closer, his gaze never leaving mine. “Ava, I’ve been thinking a lot about us. I care about you so much, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.”
There was a magnetic pull between us, and I could feel the electric charge in the air. Our faces were inches apart, and it felt as though the world outside had faded away. I could see the sincerity in Jimin’s eyes and feel the warmth of his breath.
Before I knew it, his lips were almost touching mine. The moment was charged with emotion, and my heart raced with anticipation. But just as we were about to close the distance, the sound of footsteps approaching interrupted us.
Jungkook appeared at the entrance to the lounge, his expression a mix of curiosity and surprise. “Hey, what’s going on in here? Everyone’s looking for you two.”
Jimin and I pulled away from each other, our faces flushed with a mixture of embarrassment and disappointment. The moment had been interrupted, but the intensity of our feelings was clear.
“Uh, nothing important,” Jimin said, his voice a bit strained. “We were just talking.” he replied as we followed the bunny back to the main table.
"Where were you two? " Asked Namjoon as he poured me some wine, beifee I could answer, the devil of the bunny spoke
“it seemed like the two of them got bored of life talks and decided to be in the private lounge on the rooftop. When I found then it seemed like they were having a moment which I inturrupted . Should I be jealous?” Be said as he looked at me
I blushed even deeper, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks. “It wasn’t—”
Jungkook cut me off with a mischievous wink. “Don’t worry, Ava. I’m just teasing. But if you ever need someone to practice kissing with, I’m happy to volunteer as your first kiss.”
The playful suggestion sent a ripple of laughter through the group, and I couldn’t help but laugh along. Jimin, still a bit flustered, managed a chuckle. “Jungkook, you’re impossible.”
As the laughter subsided, Jimin took my hand and gently squeezed it. “I’m sorry for the interruption. I really do care about you, Ava. I just want us to be happy together.”
I looked into his eyes and saw the sincerity there. “I know, Jimin. And I care about you too. Let’s make this work.”
The conversation shifted to more lighthearted topics, and the boys continued to flirt and tease each other in their usual playful manner. There was a sense of joy and excitement in the air, and the love we shared was palpable.
As the evening drew to a close, we talked about the logistics of our move. Namjoon outlined the timeline, and Seokjin discussed the preparations for our new home in Korea. The boys were organized and enthusiastic, and their optimism helped ease some of the stress associated with such a major transition.
“We’re looking at moving in about a month,” Namjoon said, his voice steady and confident. “That gives us time to wrap up everything here and get everything in order for our new place.”
Seokjin nodded in agreement. “We want to make sure that everything is ready for you when you arrive. It’s going to be a busy time, but we’ll handle it together.”
I felt a renewed sense of hope and excitement as we discussed our plans. The future was unfolding before us, and while there were challenges ahead, the love and support of the boys gave me confidence that we could navigate whatever came our way.
When it was finally time to say goodbye, I felt a mixture of emotions. The road ahead would be filled with uncertainties, but with the strength of our relationship and the support of the seven men who had become my family, I felt ready to embrace the future.
Jimin gave me a lingering hug and whispered, “We’ll make it work, Ava. I promise.”
I smiled, feeling reassured by his words. “I know we will.”
As I walked home that night, the cool breeze was invigorating. I looked up at the stars, feeling a sense of anticipation and excitement. The journey was just beginning, and I was eager to see where it would lead us. The future was full of possibilities, and with the love and commitment we shared, I felt ready to embrace whatever lay ahead.
