I wake up to the morning air. I open my tent to see the lake right in front of me. You can see the dew on the grass. It's really beautiful. There's a few clouds in the sky so it's not completely sunny.

A light breeze blows through the fresh morning air. I wish every morning was like this. I see Cameron at the campfire fixing some eggs. I shut the tent quickly changing.

I put my hair up in a high ponytail then step out. I put on my jacket. Wow for a beautiful morning it sure is cold.

"Good morning sleepy head." Cam says putting some eggs on a plastic plate.

"Morning messy hair." I say sitting on the log across from him.

He gives a small laugh fixing the rest of the meal. He throws me a bottle of water. I eat my eggs just like that. I hear some foot steps behind me.

I turn to see Nash rubbing his eyes dragging himself along. Aw someone is still tired. He sits down mumbling morning as he eats his eggs.

The guys come out all yawning. Wow I thought I was the one who's always tried. I'm ready to just explore. Hayes kisses my cheek and sits beside me.

Even with his bed head he's still cute.

"Ok here's the plan. We all have fun but when night comes we each spread out looking for big foot. If you see anything take a picture." Cam explains.

"What if he chases us?" Jack G asks. Really?

"Thats why we have walkie talkies." He says bringing out a bag of walkie talkies.

I mentally slap each of them.

"Uh huh ok this is completely logical. Now what about if we get hungry?" Carter says rubbing his chin looking over the map.

Why can't I have a normal life?

"Good question. I packed all of us a bag of food. Make sure you don't leave any behind." Cam says taking out some paper bags full of food.

"We meet here at 7. Go have fun campers." Cam adds getting up.

I stand up grabbing my camera. I walk away from the guys who argue about who's taking the picture.

I climb up the hill that's in the back of the camp. I sit on a big rock looking at the never ending woods in front of me.

I raise my camera taking a picture. I look to my right to see a waterfall. I stand up making my way to the water fall.

I take a few photos of animals and the waterfall. I sit on another rock breathing in the fresh air. I smile as I look up at the sky.

I hear some one step on a stick behind me. I stand up facing that way. Hayes comes out looking at me.

"You gave me a heart attack!" I say sitting back down.

"Sorry." He says sitting beside me.

We relax enjoying the scene. Hearing the river flow by, birds singing, nature. I love it so much. Hayes takes out a black box and faces me. I look at him weird.

"Hazel. I know your leaving and I wish I could go but now my mom said no. But that's not the point. I know long distance doesn't work out much but I promise that I will make it work. I promise with my life that I will do everything that I can to make this work. I love you and refuse to let you go. I will travel a thousand miles just to be with you. So this is my promise to you." He opens the box and a diamond H necklace lies there.

"Hayes." I say shocked.

He takes the necklace and puts it around my neck. I look down at it seeing it sparkle in the sun light.

"I love it so much. Thank you." I say hugging him.

We sit in silence for a few more minutes until he speaks again.

"All these lights, they can't blind me. With your love nobody can drag me down."

I smile and look at him.

"Did you just quote a 1D song?" I ask him.

He whistles and looks away. I laugh giving him a small push.
