"I have missed you so much" Luke said as he took off his beanie and putted it on Calum's head. Calum embraced Luke in a hug "I have missed you too.." he responded.

"Where is Ashton?" Michael said as he came walking their way.

Cop cars were surrounding the area they were in.

"He's over there, talking to a cop" Luke said as he pointed towards Ashton.

Calum looked at Ashton's hands. They were bruised with small cuts.

"Okay, I'll be right back" Michael said as he turned back around and joined Ashton's side.

"So, what happened to your hand?" Michael heard the cop ask Ashton. He gulped and saw the look on Ashton's face. "I broke trough the door" Ashton explained.

The cop nodded and wrote something down on his notepad. "If he hurted Calum Thomas Hood, then how did he get a blue eye, broken nose, broken ribs and fingers?" The cop asked.

Ashton looked at Jesse in hand cuffs beside the cop. He was smirking, all Ashton wanted to do now was to punch him again so he would never be able to smile like that again.

Ashton told him the only thing he could make up "I don't know, he must have fell down the stairs or something" Ashton spoke blankly as he glanced at Jesse who was now giving Ashton a furious look. As the cop nodded and was writing that down Ashton mouthed "don't fuck with me" towards Jesse and smirked.

"okay, thank you Ashton" the cop said as he held out his hand for Ashton to shake. "What?! You really believe that bag of shit!" Jesse spat. Ashton shook his hand amd gave a smile.

"You have to remain silence and yes, indeed I do. Unlike you, you have several criminal records Jesse Hill" the cop spoke and doesn't seemed to be bothered by his swearing out burst.

"Have a great night sir" Ashton said. "Oh, to you guys as well" the cop said and responded with a smile before taking away Jesse.

Ashton and Michael walked towards their friends with the biggest smile on his face. Jesse was going to be behind bars for life.

"I can't believe you got out of that!" Michael whispered as he wrapped his arm around Ashton's shoulder. "Well, I'm glad I did" Ashton whispered back.

Calum watched as Jesse was brought to the cop car to the left of him and Luke.

Blue and red lights came to take him away. Calum thought he'd be gone in a few seconds, but not before Jesse made eye contact with Calum. The look Jesse gave Calum was a furious and evil look. Like he would come back and kill him in his sleep. He knew that he was scared of him and that's exactly why Jesse smirked before being pushed in the cop car.

Calum sighed and shrugged it off for now. He just wanted to be home again, in his own bed with his own blan-

"Calum"

Calum looked up and saw Ashton standing a few meters away from him. Calum smiled softly, a tear of joy slipped down his cheek. He had missed Ashton so much. He missed his smile, his jokes and overall just his warm presence.

Ashton then ran towards Calum and picked him up gently before spinning him around.

Ashton felt how thin Calum had become and he knew that they would get pizza right after all this.

"I'm glad I have you back" Ashton said and squeezed Calum a little. "Really?" Calum asked as he let his arms rest on Ashton's shoulder.

"Yes, really Cal...I was going slightly paranoid each second...I don't know what I would've done if we wouldn't find you" Ashton said as he gently putted Calum down.

Calum smiled brightly and looked down for a second.

"Now kiss already" Michael said and crossed his arms.

Ashton gave him a death glare before turning back to Calum.

"They wanted to put you in some sort of therapy rehab" Ashton said and sighed. Calum's eyes widened "therapy rehab?" Calum asked. "Yes, it's uhh..to fight..traumatizations, a lot of soldiers go their after huge workability..an-"

"No, I'm not traumatized" Calum shook his head rappidily.

"I'm not going there" Calum said. "You don't have to, but I want you to move in with me" Ashton said as he cupped Calum's cheeks.

"You'll never be alone anymore, I don't want you to ever be alone anymore" Ashton said. For the first time in forever a tear slipped down Ashton's face.

"Would you like that? I get it if you don't want it after the stuff that had happened bu-"

"I would love to" Calum said as he cutted Ashton off. Calum reached up to wipe the tear away.

Ashton softly smiled "I'll make it up to you Calum" Ashton responded. "You don't have to do anything, I just want you by my side again that's the only thing I'm asking for" Calum said.

Ashton nodded and looked at Calum's blue eye and the cut in his lip. The pain was still there. "Thank you so much" Calum said and grabbed Ashton's shoulders as he reached up again. He pressed a soft kiss on Ashton's cheek before sighing in himself and walking towards Luke and Michael.

He had accepted the fact that Ashton would be his bestfriend and nothing more, as long as he was there well and alive with him he would be happy.
