HAPPY BIRTHDAY (unedited)

Sanyukta cleaned their cupboard as she felt bored, bored without him.

Sanyukta pouted and looked at the picture in a brown frame of their bedside table as she exclaimed sadly "I miss you Randhir!"

She sat on the couch of their room as she swiped her mobile looking at his pictures "It is been eight days you left to London for your business" said the matter of fact as she traced his features of the picture.

She took it to her lips and kissed it tenderly "I love you and miss you...come back soon" said as she choked on her saliva as her tears threatened to come.

She suddenly felt tired and let her eyes cover up and take her to the dream of hers where she would be in his arms sound and peaceful.

Randhir slumped on his chair in his office which located in London.

His sleeves were folded and first two buttons were unbuttoned with his blazer on the office couch scrambled as his desk was covered with completed paper works "Finally, this is done!" exhaled the air in relief as his project is successful and in the state of completion.

A knock came on the door; he sat straight and called in "Come in" to reveal his personal Secretary.

Randhir "Sasha, You got the envelope I asked you to get it?" asked as he grew nervous with palm sweating.

Randhir's smile widened seeing the envelope which passed the exact and correct information he needed and expected in these past three years after that incident, which changed their life.

Randhir "Sasha, get my private jet on the runway I am leaving to India Now" said as he got from his chair picked up his blazer with the envelope in his hand "I am coming Sanyukta" whispered as he put on his shades reaching  the car and drove out of the driveway of his company premises.

The journey from London to India was 8hours and 10 minutes and from airport to Randhir mansion is 35 minutes.

Randhir looked at the clouds from the flight's window as his mind travelled to those memories of their step ahead to their living a life as married couple.

Sanyukta entered Randhir's small apartment holding his hand in their bridal attires.

Randhir "Give me your garland" asked as he removed his garland from neck.

Sanyukta smiled and gave it to him "I love the color of these walls" said.

Randhir faked his smile and kept the garlands away.

Sanyukta frowned as she turned him to her held his chin "What happened?" asked.

Randhir "Nothing" said as he went out of her grasp avoiding her eyes.

Sanyukta walked and stood in front of him "Come on Randhir tell me" said.

Randhir "Sanyukta you are born in a rich family with a silver spoon by birth, lived those luxuries life with designer clothes, shoes, cars etc and etc... And, I am just working as an engineer in a small firm Sanyukta...I am scared what if I don't keep up those expectations...what if I fail the words I vowed in front of your family that I would keep you happy than them?" asked as the fear of not keeping happy and failing in his vow reflected in his eyes.

Sanyukta "Randhir...I love you for your heart, not for the things that you would buy to keep me happy. I accept I was born with them and all but I need you and that is it, if that is want I needed to live I would have never loved you not stand in this place with you...You know why is that? Because I love you...I love you so much! And, I can even live on streets for you and your love. The happiness and will power of life is your smile, heart and love is what I needed and keeps me happy. And, that is enough for me baby" said as she kissed his forehead.

Randhir hugged her tight and whispered "I love you!"

Sanyukta hugged him back "I love you too" said.

Few hours later,

Randhir caressed Sanyukta's long hair as she slept on his chest peacefully but his sleep was very far away.

Randhir belonged to lower middle class family, having a drunken father and a hard working mother for his future was something he was shown and brought up with the thoughts being successful man and give a good life to his parents.

But his parents were short-lived as her father died with cancer cause of Alcohol and mother was there until last year but she passed away as she had a fatal heart attack.

He studied in a top most engineering institute coming under one of the scholar shipped student. He came across Sanyukta Agarwal, a very junior in his lost year of his engineering. Some spark flared, attraction grew, and heart beat for each other leading them to the most beautiful part of life that all the beings in the world would want at one point of life always, love, not even caring about each other's status. Sanyukta is being belonging to rich family and Randhir belonging to lower class.

Many speculation and arguments happened from Sanyukta's side since their parents chose her a billionaire as her husband but not a working engineer. They pointed out that he could never keep Sanyukta happy as she born and brought up in an environment that he never could even think of.

But, now they are here as a married couple against all the odds and vowed to prove them that they are eligible and will live a long loving life as a couple in their small world.

Randhir "Against all the odds I have her with me, how much ever we tried to be normal there will be this thought of her giving up everything for me is hard to digest. I love her and I would do anything to keep her happy" said as he hugged her tight.

The days passed into months then a year they were so happy in their world loving each other more and more. But he has noticed her missing her parents of often but she never showed it to him.

More over that, Sanyukta was studying her third year of engineering which would need them to pay the semester fees but Randhir lost his job because of her cunning parents who were still trying to prove Randhir is incapable and not eligible for Sanyukta.

Randhir tried everywhere to get the job but was always rejected. But one day he was qualified and was just about to get the job but there was a deal waiting for him that if he needs the job he has to sign over two papers first their divorce papers then the work contract.

Randhir tore both the papers and threw them on their face walking out of the office vowing "I will prove my worth to all of you and one day I will stand in front of you people where you will need of my signatures" vowed.

The next day itself, Randhir with draw all his saved money from his bank and started a small firm with his friends Parth Kashyap And his wife Vidushi Kashyap.

Sanyukta supported him in all the things and kept her calm whenever he used to scream out of his frustrations.

Soon their firm grew with the help of an international company who liked their firm's idea and motive to reach success in a fair manner even when the obstacles are hard and dangerous.

The year passed, their small firm grew strong just as a rival to Sanyukta's father company.

But, in all chaos he lost the track on her life. He forgot that Sanyukta left her Engineering studies in the middle and started to work for their living when he was jobless and penny less.

He remembered the day when her father stepped on their newly brought mansion "You have succeeded in your life Randhir but you failed her, you failed her life...look at her she had to give up her happiness, her engineering just for you. Remember I told you that you could never keep her happy and just that you succeeded in destroying her happiness" said as he walked out of their mansion in victory.

Sanyukta convinced him when he blamed himself for destroying her happiness.

A few weeks passed and Randhir noticed how she was upset with not pursuing her engineering. Randhir vowed to bring that happiness soon after this incident with her father happened.

Randhir landed on the Mumbai's VVIP personal airport just entering in his limo towards the destination "SANDHIR MANSION".

He entered their mansion threshold as he saw all the maids and servants greet him politely.

He took two steps at a time in the staircase to see his love, his Sanyukta.

He entered their room to see her sleeping on the couch uncomfortably.

His lips curved into a smile as he saw her phone blinking with his photo on the saver.

And he knows that she missed him so much just as the way he missed her. Randhir picked her up and placed her on the bed "Just sleep for two more hours baby till then I will get everything sorted" said as he pecked her lips and pulling out his mobile messaging 'get the things done'.

He tiptoed to the washroom as he dressed himself in comfortable clothes while calling on the kitchen intercom "Get the dinner date setting on the poolside of our room" informed the maids their job to be done.

He sat next to her as he saw the time ten past half in the night and exclaimed "Perfect time".

He shook her slowly and let her rub her eyes and sit up "Again I am hallucinating of you!" said as she poked his index finger straight on to his heart.

She pouted and waited his figure to fade but screamed in joy "your here for real'.

Randhir chuckled at her antics as he fell on the bed the next moment.

Sanyukta gripped his shirt and rolled on the bed getting on top of him "You're here for real Randhir" whispered as she captured his lips with her.

He responded back with full force and rolled over getting on top of her "I missed you, Sanyukta" said as kissed her jaw and to the neckline.

Sanyukta moaned "I missed you too" said as they let their pain of separation take them to land of love and only love.

An hour later,

Randhir pulled the chair for her to sit in their poolside date arrangements.

Sanyukta "When did you do this?" asked.

Randhir "Secret" said as he served the food.

Time passed as he said about the project and how successful they are.

He pulled her for a dance and swayed with their eyes speaking to each other.

Just then, his watch beeped 12 o clock and he made her look up on the twinkling star as he hugged her from back wounding his arms over her waist "Happy Birthday Sanyukta!" said as the spark of fireworks exploded on the sky brightening the stars.

Sanyukta widened her eyes in shock as she saw the firework engrave happy birthday Sanyukta and I love you Sanyukta.

She turned to him once the firework got over and hugged him tight "Thank you so much" said as the tears of joy made their way.

Randhir "I should say sorry that just to reach this position I forgot everything including you birthday because of my carelessness we didn't celebrate you birthday's for the past four years" said disappointed with himself.

Sanyukta rushed "Hey don't you dare feel disappointed...you forgot because you wanted to give me this life okay? And if that matter considers here then I have to say sorry because even I didn't wish you on your birthdays" said and pacified the situation.

Randhir asked "Really... if it is like that why you do have those four gifts wrapped with the label written 'happy birthday Randhir'?"

Sanyukta clicked her tongue and Randhir "Cat got you tongue" said.

Sanyukta looked down but Randhir held her chin up "At least you remembered my birthday and bought gift for me Sanyukta but these never came on my mind ever" said.

Sanyukta "Don't feel bad Randhir...this is because of what we wanted to achieve in our life now see we are in great position because of that so...leave all of them and let's go to sleep it is already late" said and kissed her cheek.

Sanyukta turned to walk with his hand in her but stopped feeling him stand still.

Sanyukta "What happened?" asked.

Randhir put his hand into his pants pocket and brought out a folded white envelope and extended to her "Open it" said with a smile.

Sanyukta opened the envelope casually but straightened her position as her eyes tear up seeing the content of the papers 'THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER' from FR engineering college.

Randhir "Happy Birthday Sanyukta...I hope you liked your gift" said nervously.

Sanyukta "Like...I love the gift Randhir" said as she captured his lips showing how much she loved the gift.

Randhir carried her in his arms without breaking the kiss and continued their love.

Randhir and Sanyukta "I love you" said in unison as they mingled into themselves.

The twinkling star above them blinked of their togetherness, blessed them with its twinkle to live together forever. It is their witness, companion and a family on their lives. Which blinks and stand for them with it is twinkle showering over them always at all the time.

There is nobody to look back of them but the twinkling star stay for them always to support, encourage and make them fall in love again and again with each other.

The twinkling stars twinkle for them and wishes a very happy birthday, Sanyukta.
