⭒٭⭑ 06 Chapter 6
"We have found Loki! Repeat we have found Loki!" Fury called into his receiver. His team had picked up the readings a few moments ago and he had been quick to report it to his little project.
He hoped they were up for the challenge because it seemed as though Loki wasn't going anywhere soon.
A few minutes later, all four of them had shown up in front of them in their suits.
It looked as though Rogers was giving the orders and the others were merely nodding their heads.
It was clear that Romanoff had been the one allotted to ask him for whatever they needed.
"We can get the job done with just a quinjet," she had said. And he had been happy to provide one, granted they got the job done.
The orders were to capture and not kill, for they wanted Loki alive for questioning.
The four of them suited up and got ready to enter the quinjet.
From what could hear of their plan, Romanoff and Banner were to fly the plane while Rogers and Potter were to capture Loki.
He grinned at the sight of them entering the quinjet. By the looks of it they were ready to get the job done.

Sydney strapped in her seatbelt as she sat on the seat. She looked around to see Rogers, Romanoff and Banner look fairly familiar with the procedure.
She, however, had no idea what was going on.
Sure, she had received instructions from Rogers on what to do, but that didn't stop her from being nervous. She kept her eyes empty as they always were, for she didn't want to seem incapable of doing the job.
Right now, she had one thought, 'Get the job done first, feel nervous later.'
She watched as the plane took flight and held on her seat tightly.
She would never admit it, but despite being a quidditch player, she was afraid of heights when she wasn't the one controlling it.
She watched as Rogers got ready to jump out the window and took out her own Firebolt.
She hadn't bothered to buy a new broom as this was the last gift that Sirius had given her, and she had no intention whatsoever of losing it.
Before she could protest, Rogers had jumped off the quinjet without a parachute. Shaking her head, she herself hopped on to her Firebolt and made away through the wind.

Sydney watched as the people around her bustled away from the hotel.
Loki had arrived at the place just as Fury had said. He was pushing out all the people to wait outside till his big speech.
Now, she knew, was the time. Rogers orders didn't specify. He had just said to try and stop Loki from giving the sermon. He hadn't said how.
Smirking, Sydney took out her wand from her invisible holster and got ready.
She waited until everyone was out, so as to not involve innocents in the fight.
"Loki!" she called. Just loud enough for him to hear.
"Who might you be?" he asked, in his booming voice. His outfit had changed. He was now wearing the common Asgardian leather, she guessed.
"Sydney Potter! I'm here to take you down," she stated, before flourishing her wand and casting spell after spell at the God of Mischief.
"Flipendo! Stupefy! Diffindo!" she cried.
For a moment, he looked taken aback by her sudden attack before grinning.
"Ah! A Midgardian wand – wielder. How delightful," he drawled. He seemed genuinely impressed.
"You are worthy. Of my offer!" he continued. Sydney raised an eyebrow at him.
"And what might that be?" she asked, innocently. She cast a few more spells at him, but he dodged them.
"Why, with your power, I would be a fool not to offer you a chance to join me! Loki of Asgard, God of Mischief," he stated formally.
"Thanks, but no thanks," she said. This was apparently the wrong thing to say, for Loki had lifted his finger and had her gagged against the wall.
He made sure to watch her hit her head on the wall.
Loki watched with satisfaction as Sydney was knocked out cold.
