Shees drove a 30 min long way into 10 mins. Aliyan already called the doctors and told them about the situation.

They were on the door when Shees car reached the hospital gate. They put Emaan on the stretcher and took her into the operating room.

Every minute that passed was like a year for Shees. He was walking back and forth in front of the operating door. He was praying for Emaan.

On the other hand Aliyan was searching the whole resort because that person who took Emaan there didn't leave the construction site.

The security team was searching and saw a rope going down to the bottom.

Sir, I think that person is already out of the resort. One of the security team member said.

Damn it. Aliyan kicked the steel can that was in front of him in frustration.

Aliyan also shouted at them.

How tf that person come into our resort? I want an explanation NOW. What the hell were you doing out there? Drinking and enjoying the beach view, huh. We didn't pay you for sitting idle. If something happens to our guest, I don't know what Shees will do with you guys.

Aliyan tried to scare them and wanted to see the reactions of them. Because one of them was with that person.

Aliyan called his friend who works in the police and asked to find the whereabouts of a guy named Haris asap. He also gave the phone number of Haris.

While in the hospital 2 hours have passed. Shees was sitting on the bench putting his hands over his eyes.

All that happened today came into his mind as a flashback. Emaan struggling with the dress, Emaan looking towards him with a teasing look, Emaan being flabbergasted by being called a wife of him. He was remembering all the happy moments but suddenly everything blackout.

He saw Emaan's face drowning in that water, he helping her out, the pain to see the cuts on her hands, that touch she gave him saying I LOVE YOU and then she closed her eyes. Shees shot his eyes open.

The drops of sweat were on his forehaed.

What have I done to you Emaan? Shees grabbed his head in both of his hands. He stayed like that for 15 mins and stood up. He promise something to himself at that time.

Shees called someone.

Did you find that person who has done all this with Emaan? Shees said it while tapping his feet.

Shees listened to that person on the phone carefully.

Okay! You come here Aliyan with Afaf and don't leave Emaan even for a single min. Single min means single min. I will deal with other things now.
Shees said it in a commanding voice and cut the call without listening to Aliyan.

Aliyan could feel that something was wrong with his tone.

In the next 20 mins they brought Emaan out of the room. Shees ran towards her and embraced her hand softly. He gave a kiss on her hand and went towards the doctor.

How is she doctor?

The operation is successful sir. She lost a lot of blood and if you didn't bring her on time, we could've lost her. Right now she is under observation for the next 24 hours. A sigh of relief left from Shees mouth but thinking about the cuts Shees clenched his fists tightly.

He went towards Emaan's special room.

Shees sat near her bed and took her hand in his.

I'm sorry Emaan. I was not there for you when you were fighting with that person. I'm sorry for letting you get hurt. I'm sorry for not being able to protect you. I am sorry for giving you bad memories. I'm sorry for taking you here. And making you go through all this. I am sor....

The last words couldn't come out of his mouth because a lump was started to build in it.

In the meantime Aliyan came with Afaf. They both astounded by seeing Shees crying.

Aliyan and Afaf gave him time to comprehend his emotions.

After some time passed, they came into the room. Shees wiped away his tears in haste and got up like nothing had happen.

Lil did he know that they had already seen him crying, then he wouldn't have to fake that he was fine.

Aliyan felt as if someone had pressed his heart with both hands tightly. He was trying his best not to cry in front of Shees.

Buddy stay with Emaan. And don't ever leave her alone, okay. Shees patted Aliyan's shoulder with a fake smile. Shees looked back, where Afaf was standing.

I am so sorry Afaf that I have to make you come here. I just don't believe in anyone right now. I hope you understand. Afaf just nodded with a smile.

Shees left the room immediately.

It's okay sunbae, just breathe. Shees need time, he will be alright alone. Afaf put her hand on Aliyan's and gave him a smile to ease him up.

That Haris guy was caught by Shees and his team. He was running away from Italy. They caught him while boarding. They took him to a desolate warehouse.

Shees men tied him with a rope on a chair. He told them to beat him brutally beforehand until he opened his mouth.

After like 1 hour of beating, he told them that he would tell the name.

One member of Shees team told him that the work was done.

Shees came out of his Audi and walked towards the area where Haris was tied.

Shees grabbed his hair from the back and made him look into his eyes.
Haris could see the urge to kill someone in his eyes. He gulped his saliva.

Now tell me the name for whom you work or you won't see the sun rise.

Shees voice was calm but the storm behind this calmness was something that everyone could feel.

I don't know anything about her. Just her name. She is Luna. She looked rich. She contacted me first and offered me a huge amount of money. At first i rejected her request but she threatened me that she would kill my daughter if I didn't do what she said. Please let me go. If I didn't reach Pakistan this morning they would kill her. Haris started crying.

If it was old Shees, he would never listen to his pleading and make him pay for the disturbance he caused but now Shees has changed. He got a lil soft hearted.

Shees called his investigation team and told them to do a background check on him.

He also added to find who this Luna girl is? Shees felt like the name Luna was kinda familiar to him but he didn't remember exactly where he heard it.

Back to the hospital

Emaan woke up after 5 hours. She tried to open her eyes but because of the sunlight she closed it again.

She blinked several times to make her blurry vision back to normal. Emaan looked around and saw an unfamiliar girl lying down on the sofa. Emaan thought that this very girl was tge one who tried to kill her in the resort.

Emaan grabbed the drip niddle and stretched it out from her hand in haste.

When Afaf heard the noises, she shot her eyes open.

Afaf stood up and looked towards Emaan.

Afaf tried to come closer with a smile but Emaan shouted which made her stop.

DON'T COME CLOSER TO ME. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG TO YOU. PLEASE LET ME GO. Emaan was going in a panic state.

Relax Emaan it's me Afaf Aliyan's friend. You can trust me. Afaf took one step closer to her but Emaan gave her a gesture to stop right there.

She covered her face with both hands.
I DON'T BELIEVE YOU. LEAVE ME PLEASE. Emaan again shouted.

Afaf has dealt people who went through trauma, so she knew what to do next.

Emaan calm down and listen to me. Shees will be here. You are panicking right now. Just close your eyes. Do a butterfly hug and count 1 2 3. You will be fine. I am here to help you, believe me. Afaf was saying in her sweet voice.

Emaan put her hands on her ears and shouted.

NO! NO! NO! Emaan walked backward hurriedly. Her back hit someone.

She looked back in panic. When she saw the familiar face, she just hugged him tightly.

SAVE ME PLEASE. She is going to kill me. Emaan pointed towards Afaf.
