Emaan went to her room after Daniyal left as she was dead tired.

She had a long rough day and just wanted to sleep early as lots of work was still left to do.

After taking a long shower and performing wudhu she went to offer her "Isha Prayer". While her hands were up for dua she felt someone was standing behind her.

Without panicking when Emaan turned and saw the person she fell on Musalaha.

"Be careful Emaan!" Shees tried to grab Emaan's hand but it was too late. She was already on the floor.

Shees couldn't control his laugh and burst out. Emaan got so furious because he was the reason she fell and now he was standing there laughing, instead of helping her.

"How did you get in?"Emaan growled.

"Through the door". Shees pointed towards the door and acted innocent.

Emaan remembered she didn't lock the door and wanted to smack her own head.

She tried to get up but felt intense pain in her ankle and fell again. Shees stopped laughing and got tense.

"I think you have hurt your ankle. Don't move, let me take you to your bed".

Shees carried Emaan in his arms and put her down on her bed.

Everything happened in a blink of eye that Emaan couldn't protest.

When Shees lay her down, she backed away instantly.

She was not fond of unknown touch.
There was silence between them for a minute.

"Do you mind telling me why you are here?" Emaan said with a straight face as awkwardness was killing her.

"You hurt your leg, right then why are you forgetting things Emaan". Shees said with a tooth smile.
He got a glare from Emaan so all his sarcastic personality ran away from there asap.

"I'm here for your answer". He uttered it innocently.

"Umm...Okay! I forgive you, now please will you leave?". Emaan wanted to be polite but coming into her room without permission was something she would never agree with.

Shees was standing there admiring Emaan's beauty that he didn't hear anything that she said.

"What do you want now?" Emaan said while rolling her eyes.

"You". Shees said it with an alluring smile.

Emaan was bewildered.

"What? What did you just say?" Emaan said in a bewildered tone.

I think I said it clearly, didn't I? Shees said while raising his eyebrows as he was always a straightforward guy.

What nonsense are you spitting Shees? I'm getting engaged in 2 weeks. You just met my fiance downstairs. What kind of girl do you think I am? Emaan asserted fiercely.

That's why I am saying. That guy is no match for you. We will look good together. Shees said it casually.

Listen Mister I am not one of your toys. Get this thing first in your mind. For me, you are just a spoiled, arrogant and cold hearted brat who doesn't even know the meaning of Marriage. You are just being delusional that if you said something like that, girls would melt and come running towards you throwing their pride away. I treasure my morals and values more than anything. So you better get out of here because I'm not in a mood to hear you childish thing. Emaan said it clearly and loud.

Shees was watching Emaan with affection. There was something that was pulling Shees near Emaan.

Yes, that's why i like you Emaan. You never kneel down in front of anyone. You are like a tigress yet really pure. I want you in my life. I have lost so many precious things in my life, but now I can't afford to lose anything anymore.

He suddenly become so honest that even he felt that was strange. Shees never shared his feelings with others before.

Emaan could see the sincerity in Shees eyes but she couldn't do anything. Its all useless now. She can't get soft with Shees. Emaan's love for her parents is greater than Shees sincerity.

She had to be cold towards Shees for her parent's sake and for Daniyal sake too. Emaan can't betray them. Moreover, she met him two times only and he had made all those fantasies in just two meetings. She didn't even know what kind of guy he was.

I don't want to listen your crap anymore. Just leave before I say something hurtful Shees. Emaan told him to buzz off because her mind was messed up.

Your words can't hurt me Emaan. I have been living in this cruel world for many years. Now I know how to handle this cruelty. But I will leave, for now. You will be mine soon by hook or by crook. Shees smirked and went out of the room.

But the last line "You will be mine soon" sends Emaan shiver to her spine.

Emaan was sitting there dumbfounded for hours. She just couldn't move. Emaan looked up and a tear fell. She just prayed to ALLAH to help her. Emaan gave the thread of her destiny into ALLAH's hand.

It's not like she didn't know how to fight back it's just that she was never in that position.

Shees came back to the sitting room with a smile.

Shees we want to invite you to Emaan's engagement. That's the thing i want to discuss with you but Daniyal already told you. Mr Siddique chuckled while saying.

I would love to come uncle but I had an important meeting that day. I'll be out of the country at that time. I hope you can understand.

Aliyan was confused about what meeting Shees was talking about. They will be free on the day of Emaan's engagement. And the way he was talking to Mr Siddique, Aliyan felt something strange.

He knew that Shees was disturbed by this sudden engagement ceremony but after coming back from Emaan's room he looked more disturbed.

Aliyan couldn't ask Shees at that time, so he waited to reach the hotel.

The next morning Aliyan came into the Shees room because last night Shees told him that he would tell me everything in the morning.

Shees was talking on the phone and telling that person to prepare his Villa in Italy before his arrival.

Aliyan sat down on the sofa with a confused face.

Where are you going Shees? Aliyan said in a concerned tone.

I'm going to Italy. I have some business there. Shees said with a straight face.

What kind of business Shees? Please elaborate. Aliyan raised both of his eyebrows.

You just do your work here Aliyan. I don't want any more camplaints from Mr Brewer. Shees wanted to be rude with Aliyan but these past few weeks changed something in him so he continued politely:

" I'll be out of country for 15 days or a month maybe but not more then this. Just give your all buddy because you know this project will help orphan students studying abroad. We both know that without knowledge and parents you are nothing. This cruel world would eat you up if you did not have one of them".

Shees wanted to divert Aliyan's attention in which he was successful.

Aliyan remembered the way Shees helped him pay all his debts which Aliyan's parents left after dying.

Aliyan was the son of the butler who worked in Shees father's house.

His mother died right after giving birth to him. So after that he had no one except his father. Aliyan was the only child.

Aliyan was really a rude boy. He never had friends. He always fought with other boys. All his class fellows bullied him and told him that his mother died because of him and he should die too. There was anger and pain inside him.

Aliyan father told him that when he was in his mom's tummy doctor already told his parents that his mother pragnency would be very critical but she fought till the end just want to brought him into this world and without touching him she left.

He was just an 7 year old boy when Aliyan's father started working in Shees house.

Aliyan's father was fighting with cancer at that time, so his father took a huge amount of money from the loan sharks.

Mr Farhat was a really kind hearted man. When he learned about Aliyan's father disease and that he can't do anything for him as he was in the last stage, he took the responsibility of his son.

Aliyan was transfered to Shees school.
They met in the playground. Aliyan was beating up a boy when Shees stopped him. He pushed back Shees and tried to punch him which he dodged. They were fighting so badly in that mud playground that the teachers needed to come in the middle. They were scolded and got the punishment to stay and clean their classroom for one week. Both of them got negative points as well. When Aliyan Shees looked at each other while cleaning the classroom, they burst out laughing. Both of them looked mess.

That was the first time Aliyan met Shees. After that they become best friends, friends that no one can apart.

Aliyan's father died one year before Shees parents. All the debt came on Aliyan's shoulder.

He was still a student, so he started working many part time jobs. When Shees learned about it, he got very angry and wanted to beat the shit out of Aliyan but he couldn't because he was like a little brother to him.

Shees helped Aliyan by doing many part time jobs with him because Aliyan told him that he wouldn't take his father's money as he was already indebted a lot to him.

Both of them worked hard to pay off the debt. After that Aliyan asked Shees if he wanted anything from him. Even if Shees says to kill someone, he would do it without a second thought.

What Shees said to Aliyan was life changing. He said to stay with him forever and about killing someone they should do it together.

Shees cleared his throat which brought Aliyan back from the past.

Shees continued," I know how important this project is for you. So give your best shot".

And about my Italy stay don't worry, you won't miss me that much I'll call you twice a week. Shees chuckled while saying.

No thrice a week. Aliyan said while pouting. He was acting like a sulking baby when your parents left you with a baby sitter.

Shees threw a cushion towards him while saying "Done" and walked towards the landline in the room.

What do you want to eat? I am hungry. Shees shouted.

Whatever suits your taste "YOUR HIGHNESS". Aliyan said it while laughing.

I feel so bad for Aliyan. I never thought that my funny guy went through this heart-wrenching period in his life 😭
