I. FOLLOW ME
this one is super optional but you could follow me if you want to stay updated with everything since i like to post important things on my message board ! if your trainee makes it to the debut team i'll most likely follow you back !

II. LIBRARY
this one isn't optional !! please add this to your library. you don't need to put this in your reading lists or anything. just keeping this in your library will do.

III. BE KIND
i'm positive there won't be any problem with this but if your trainee gets eliminated please don't be mean to others !! you'll also have to work with other users all the way from their company evaluations to the final ! so be nice !

IV. ACTIVE
be active !! comment lots and make sure you check every update.

V. REALISTIC
i can't stress this enough. please please please be realistic. i know some trainees are obviously better than others in many aspects but making your trainee perfect just isn't it. i'm not asking you to make your trainee horrible, no. but your trainee doesn't need to be a ten in everything. they don't even need to be a ten in one skill, and that's okay! they'll shine.

VII. FACE CLAIMS
i won't be giving you a list so feel free to use anyone you want that debuted (or was added into the group) during/after 2015 EXCEPT ulzzangs. also ! if your trainee was born in 2001 please don't give me golden child's daeyeol as your face claim (he was born in 1993 !) the minimum and maximum age gap between your trainee and the face claim is 2 years ! (so let's say you want to use treasure 13's mashiho who was born in 2001. the oldest you can make him is 1999 and the youngest you can make him is 2003)
