NANCY HAD NO IDEA WHAT was going on in her parents' minds when they decided to give her that name. Maybe it was a way of honouring their ancestor - the original Nancy Drew - or maybe they just thought it was funny, she didn't know for certain. However, what was crystal clear was that she was different, but not in the way most would expect. The Drews were not werewolves, they didn't have glowing eyes or razor sharp claws, they didn't even heal like they did, but they were a part of the supernatural whether they liked it or not.

For generations, the Drews have protected the supernatural. They are the Investigators, the ones that find out who took an innocent life, the ones that tell the hunters who did it to avoid them needlessly killing supernaturals who had done nothing wrong. Sometimes the work was blood soaked and heartbreaking, but it was a necessary evil and everyone knew that.

Nancy was just like her father, who too was an SI, and that just made her Mother worry about her even more. She was right, there was something to worry about, but it wasn't Nancy.

An Alpha Pack had emerged, built from Alphas who had massacred their betas. A Pack built upon bloody foundations. The Drews knew they would kill again so they made it their duty to try and stop them. This is what led the family of three to Beacon Hills, a town radiating with supernatural energy and strange activity. And on their way into town, they witness the strange event involving a deer crashing through a windshield which ends up being their first case in their new home. Nancy is then dragged into teenage supernatural club where she gets to know a certain strawberry blonde haired genius who has no idea what she is.

Nancy Drew is a Supernatural Investigator and she'll be damned if she was going to let herself not solve a case even if it's one of the most complex ones she's ever worked, not to mention the fact that the growing feelings she has for Lydia Martin has made it personal.

ACT ONE
teen wolf season 3a

• On their way into town, the Drews witness the deer crashing into Lydia's car and they make sure they're alright. They introduce themselves and the fact they know about the supernatural. Nancy is then dragged into their drama with the Darach whilst also helping her parents with the Alpha Pack problem. Both Derek and Peter are surprised that two Supernatural Investigators are in town. Nancy mainly sticks with Lydia and Stiles, because she's bonded with them the most. Nancy is determined to help Lydia find out what she is. She's almost killed with Lydia by Jennifer Blake in the classroom.

ACT TWO
season 3b

• After the Alpha Pack problem, the Drews decide to stay in town. Nancy is now an official member of the group and helps Lydia with figuring out her powers which helps her to get close to her. Nancy is the first to figure out what Kira is and befriends her. The Pack rely on Nancy more this season to help them figure out who the Nogitsune is. When Lydia is taken, Nancy almost loses it and when they get her back, she admits to the strawberry blonde how much she was worried and how much she cares for her. They then get together at the end of the season.

ACT THREE
teen wolf season 4

• Nancy sneaks off to Mexico with the Pack and never leaves Lydia's side whilst they're with the Calaveras. On the dead pool, Nancy should be around 5-15 Million, you can decide how much. Lydia freaks out when Nancy is locked inside the school with the others. Both Nancy and Lydia are kept from going to Mexico because they would figure out what Kate did to Scott, but the Sheriff and Nancy's dad came to save them and Mason.

ACT FOUR
teen wolf season 5a

• Lydia and Nancy's relationship has strengthened and they're incredibly adorable and protective over each other. Nancy has a bad feeling about Theo and doesn't trust him, so she's on Stiles' side. After reading Valack's book, she remembers witnessing her grandfather - John Vart - having his throat slashed by Omega as he tried to stop a fight between a wolf and a hunter. She's on Stiles' side and doesn't believe a word Theo says about Donovan and is mad that Scott does. Nancy helps Lydia to figure out what Jordan is.

ACT FIVE
teen wolf season 5b

• Nancy has a bad feeling which leads her to Lydia who is catatonic and she simply cries, not knowing what to do until Parrish turns up a few minutes later. Lydia is everything to Nancy and without her, she feels empty and alone. Stiles goes with her to visit Lydia, because he knows she needs someone to comfort her. When Lydia is rescued and almost dies, Nancy admits that she loves her. Nancy's family is involved with the Maid of Gévaudan story, on her Mother's side, because Annalise Vart was Marie-Jeanne's best friend.

ACT SIX
teen wolf season 6a

• Nancy is taken along with Stiles. Lydia forgets them but can't help but feel like they're is something she's missing. In the photo, Nancy is sat in front of Lydia's legs and Lydia has placed a hand on her shoulder which Nancy has covered with her own. Nancy's relic is the pocket magnifying glass Lydia bought her for birthday with an engraving on it. Instead of Nancy, the person who fills her void is the grown up version of their first child who they lost - Henry Drew - and her Mother is the one to realise the truth even though she's human. Scott brings Stiles back and Lydia brings back Nancy.

ACT SEVEN
teen wolf season 6b

• Nancy applied to MIT with Lydia and got in, but didn't skip a year like Lydia did. They realise they can't leave and Nancy figures out that they're dealing with an Anuk-Ite around the same time Deaton does. Nancy isn't affected by the Anuk-Ite's fear unlike everyone else. When the McCall house gets shot up, she gets a bullet in the shoulder and a bullet graze on her leg, but she doesn't heal like werewolves do. Nancy stands by Lydia throughout and is incredibly proud of how far she's come. She's the first to figure out what Jackson means when they rescue him and introduces herself to the werewolf-kanima who she immediately gets along with. At the end, they're still together and happy as they welcome the new adventure.
