ah yes, the long awaited art workspace tour!! i finally have it somewhat organized and the way i want it so here we go!!

backstory: my room is really small because my bed is huge and takes up all the space, so the only place i could have my desk was in my closet. eventually i decided to come out of the closet (lol) and move my dresser into my closet and my bookshelf/desk in the room.

here is an overview of my desk area... usually this is covered with markers, eraser shavings, chip crumbs, and school stuff, but i decided to clean it for this tour, lol.

desk is from ikea, and so is the chair. the fan is there because i get suuuuper hot all the time haha (also the noise fills in the void of silence)

pls notice my awesome fandoms on my wall.... spn and free! are life yo (also on my walls i have 5sos posters, a big breakfast club movie poster, and this big tapestry)

made these collages out of postcards my friend got me from china. best part of my room tbh.

onto the actual details of the desk:

this is a dig marker thing i made out of pvc pipes i sawed to the length i wanted. i have a 72 set of prismacolor brush markers (they are the bomb and i really recommend them) that i sort by color for the a e s t h e t i c

next to that we have my pencil holder, but i have other stuff too, like liners, a giant eraser pen, the red pen i use for my diary, my white gellyroll pen, etc. i have more pens inside the drawers since they don't all fit in this. I LOVE PENS. also this is a mason jar i covered in paint for a memorial day festival. fun fact: my ex bf asked me out on this day *distant forced laughter*

Moving on we have a ladybug themed mug (ladymug) that i made in ceramics class. it's my favorite piece from all year :D also i have a plush haroo that my friend got me at a con sticking out of it because he is my only source of encouragement in this cruel world

on the other side we have some more ceramics projects (fox statue and a black cat bowl... as you can see i have a miraculous theme going on here), stapler, tape, some pencil lead, my diary, a pikachu plush, and the chart for my markers (which i'm slowly not needing because i'm starting to memorize the colors/numbers)

here is my laptop, where all the fanfiction magic happens. pusheen stickers because i'm a boss (and obsessed with pusheen)

this is my sketchbook, got it at my craft store for like 10 dollars. it's the canson mix media sketchbook, which means i can do markers or watercolors or pencil or whatever i feel like doing. 10/10 recommend, very nice paper

crayons, a bday gift from my friend (she wrote 52 reasons why i'm awesome on a deck of cards as a follow-up to the one i made her), letters from another friend, scissors, film, some extra black markers....

chapsticks, more crayons, more pens, sharpies, pencils, ribbon, lots of crap really

my faves. i love prismacolor as you may have already guessed. i don't use these as much now that i have markers but i certainly do like to use these for sketches or light shading.

a tin i physically cannot part with so i hold flashcards and some extra money in there
