"Charli!" Hercules bellowed. "You look so down with your big fat eyes and your big fat frown!" Hercules was grinning wildly as he sang to his friend. "The world doesn't have to be so graaaaaaaay!" He used jazz hands, then as every thump-like beat happened he would jump a little to the left. "Charli when your life's a mess, when your feeling blue always in distress!" Herc's eyes brightened and he put a finger to his temple. "I know what can wash that sad awaaaaay!" Then, using the same dance technicque as before, but hopping to the right, he continued to sing. "All- you- have- to- do- is!" He grabbed a banana from Charli's lunch. "Put a banana in your ear!" He stuck the top of the banana in his friend's ear. "Put a ripe banana right into your favorite ear!"
"Hercules stop!" Charli, Hercules' ginger older sister exclaimed, trying to hide her smile.
"What is it Charli?" Hercules cocked his head.
Charli smiled right up at Hercules, her piercing green eyes wide with her smile. "That isn't my favorite ear." She joked.
"Oh my god! So sorry ma'am!" Hercules covered his mouth as his jaw dropped.
The two kids burst into a fit of giggles. Charli fell ontop of Hercules as he rolled around. She made them form a giant giggling heap.
"Oh Hercules! You're always so fun!" Charli said, her faint irish accent coming out. She swallowed firmly and forced herself to sound American. "French fries. What up dawg?" She murmured to herself, using the common American phrases to sound more like one. "Lol, that's so hilare." She said as she stood up. "Jk jk gtg ttyl." She was insanely serious in her tone as she said these random things.
"What on earth are you saying Chi?" Hercules asked, he was utterly confused.
Charli looked at Herc. "Nothing." She lied.
Herc shrugged. "Okay, as long as you say so."
The thing about Charli was... she was only Hercules' half-sister. While Hercules dad was black, making Hercules African-American, Charli was half irish. Hercules wasn't old enough to differentiate what separated the siblings, and once the lying started it didn't stop.
