So this RP is going to be based on an AU where every person is ranked as an alpha, a beta, or an omega.

I am basing this off stories that I've read, but excluding some things, while adding others.

Alphas are the highest up. They are human, but with some extra instincts. They are stronger and more powerful than the other two ranks.  They are born with the innate instinct to protect everyone around them, especially their omega, who is pretty much their mate. Once they are in a serious relationship with an omega, they make the omega by biting a spot on their neck. This deeply bonds the pair, giving the alpha the ability to sense the one has emotions. And vice versa. Most often, alphas are male, but they do not have to be. Their eye color changes to red when in situations where their "alpha" side comes out or dominates over their human side. They can also change eye color when they feel like they need to show their dominance.

Betas are more intelligent and wiser than the other two ranks. They are best at giving advice and helping the other ranks with issues they may be having. They can be either gender. Their eyes are yellow.

Omegas are the lowest rank, although possibly the most important. Omegas live to serve others. They submit to their alphas and do anything their alpha asks, and they do it respectively and happily. That's just how they are biologically made. They are normally very small, and unable to really defend themselves on their own, which is why they need alphas to protect them. Along with the Marking that I've explained in the alpha section, Omegas go through a heat every couple of months. A heat is basically a span of a couple of days where an omega is most fertile, and they desperately want to have sex during this time. Omegas can also get pregnant, no matter their gender. Male omegas are very rare, thus making them desirable for other alphas. Omega eyes are blue, and omegas eyes change to blue from their natural color when they are in heat, being marked, or when they need to show submission or anything along this lines. Their eyes also change on command.

Groups of people can also form packs, where they must have a Lead Alpha, who is in charge of the entire pack. Everyone, including the other alphas in the pack, must obey the commands of a lead alpha.
