18 years ago, a serum was made to prevent miscarriages. A total of a hundred pregnant women have been injected the serum. Once the babies were born,many said they didn't have a soul.
18 years later, we know they should have never been born.

The serum got a side effect, which made all the kids,born from the injected women, psychopaths who couldn't feel any emotions. They go under many nicknames; villains, predators, and the most popular one;
Psycho Boys.
To control their impulses, the government has attached some tracking bracelet to their ankles or wrists, it also containing a serum that gets sent in their blood to keep them calm.

But, what you don't know, is that there is a group of Psycho Boys that revolted against the government. They are called the "Jack O' Spades". They broke their bracelet,and are running wild and dangerous into the nature. Their mission is to "Free" all the kids from the Psycho Boys generation.

Yet, what happens when one decides to take off their bracelet?
