Basically,everyone is in an asylum. You can either be an doctor,or an patient.
For this;
Alexander will be an doctor
Philip will be an patient.

Scenario (If Doctor)
You have been working in there for quite a while now. When you came to work,they gave you the name of your new patient(the last one didn't made it); Philip Hamilton,Room 107.

Scenario (If Patient)
The last doctor that was assigned to you passed away. You will meet your new doctor today. The door unlocks and open,showing the doctor. A name is wrotten on his doctor's jacket; Alexander Hamilton.
